矯治社會工作者服務過程之探究

摘要


本研究主要探究矯治社會工作者在規劃至操作物質使用相關服務過程所存有之價值如何影響服務運作,從而探討工作者如何協助失調者復歸社會。我國物質氾濫議題在現今政策對於毒品防制和戒癮策略層面側重於宣導教育、隔離模式,以及醫療戒癮模式作為主體,但現階段矯治社會工作專業發展,期待能從問題解決的處遇,轉向整合生理、心理、社會觀點,且強調無縫式、連續性的服務模式,增強失調者內在自我控制能力和外在環境連結資源等協助。故工作者除須因應現階段政策方向外,同時須發展出能夠有效幫助失調者復歸社會的服務,降低其再犯率。   本研究以基督教更生團契、茄荖山莊、台灣露德協會、新生命福音中心、利伯他茲教育基金會、基督教主愛之家等相關戒癮機構之內部矯治社會工作者中,抽取8位作為研究對象,經由個別訪談法了解工作者對服務所採取之認知觀點為主要分析樣本。研究結果顯示工作者針對物質使用失調服務過程可分為服務處境與現況、社會工作者過去社工專業訓練運用於服務過程、服務介入的理論觀點、影響服務過程的因素與現況、服務過程的結果與反思等五個主題。研究發現影響工作者提供服務的內容以工作者對服務對象處境的理解、社會工作教育和機構屬性等三項為主要影響因子。   研究建議可經由提供工作者服務前的準備與支持,且落實學術與實務之回饋機制,以及釐清工作者在機構的角色與定位,定期提供工作者相關教育訓練與落實督導制度,使工作者在服務過程亦能增強專業知能,進而提升服務對象獲取有效之服務。

This study was to explore the Correctional social worker planning to the operation there of substance use value of the related service process how it affects the operation of the service, so as to explore the ways that the workers help substance use disorders who return to the society.In today's issue of substance abuse policy for prevention and control of drug addiction and the strategic level focuses on advocacy education, isolation mode, as well as a host of medical addiction model, but the profession development of correctional social work at this stage looking at the treatment from the Problem Solving , that integrate physical, psychological, social views, and stressed seamless ,continuity of service model, enhanced the substance use disorders by internal self-control and external environment linked resources. Therefore, in addition to worker shall, on the policy direction of the stage, but also required the development of an effective return to society help substance use disorders services, reduce the rate of recidivism.   In this study, The Prison Fellowship of Taiwan, Jia-lao village,Taiwan Lourdes Association, New Life Drug addiction recovery by Gospel center, Libertas Education Foundation, Agape House Christian Counseling Center and other institutions related to addiction treatment in social workers, drawn 8 samples for this study, to understand the cognitive point of view taken by the workers to the service with individual interviews as the main analysis samples. The results showed that workers for substance use disorder and services process can be divided into the service situation and the service results of the service status, social workers, professional training of social workers in the past factors used in the service process, theoretical perspectives intervention services, the impact of the service process and the current situation, and service process Reflections on five themes. The study found influence workers to provide services to workers to serve content to understand the situation, social work education and institutional attributes three main influencing factors.   Research suggests that the preparation and support provided due to pre-service workers, and the implementation and practice of academic feedback mechanisms, as well as clarify the role and position of workers in agencies regularly provide worker training and education related to the implementation of supervision system, so workers service process can also enhance the professional knowledge and ability, and thus enhance the service users to acquire a valid service.
