本研究旨在探討遠東科技大學學校組織創新氣氛、創意自我效能、學生創新行為之關係,祈能提供各科技大學更多營造創新氣氛方法及做法以提升學生創新行為參考之用。根據研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查方式,首先透過文獻探討並建立研究架構並發展「學校組織創新氣氛量表」、「創意自我效能量表」及「創新行為量表」作為研究調查之工具,針對遠東科技大學100學年度日間四年制學生進行問卷施測,以分層隨機抽樣方式,抽取927位學生,共計回收803份,經剔除47份無效問卷後,得有效問卷756份,有效回收率為81.55%。本研究以描述性統計、相關分析、簡單迴歸分析、階層迴歸分析及Sobel test進行資料統計及分析,並獲得以下結論: 壹、遠東科技大學學校組織創新氣氛整體及層面表現情形良好,其中以「組織支持」層面表現最佳。 貳、遠東科技大學學生之創意自我效能整體表現情形良好。 參、遠東科技大學學生之創新行為整體及層面表現情形良好,其中以「創新構想產生」層面表現最佳。 肆、遠東科技大學學校組織創新氣氛對學生創意自我效能有較佳正向影響。 伍、遠東科技大學學校組織創新氣氛對學生創新行為有較佳正向影響。 陸、遠東科技大學學生創意自我效能對創新行為有較佳正向影響。 柒、遠東科技大學學生創意自我效能對學校組織創新氣氛與創新行為之關係具 有顯著的中介效果。
This study aims to explore the relationship between innovation climates of schools’ organizations on student’s innovative behavior: the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy of Far East University of Technology. The results of this study provide more methods to all university of technology to create a climate for innovation and practices, and enhance students' innovative behavior. According to the research purposes, the questionnaire survey was conducted. First, literature reviews were used to establish the framework of the research. Second, innovation climate of schools’s organizational scale, creative self-efficacy scale and innovation behavior scale were developed to examine students’ perception of three variables. The objects were college students of 100 academic-years in the Far East University of Technology. 927 samples were selected by stratified proportion sampling method, and 803 were returned. 47 invalid questionnaires were deducted and the amount of valid questionnaires was 756. The return rate accounted for 81.55%. Descriptive statistics analysis, Pearson’s correlation, simple regression analysis, and level multiple regression analysis were employed. The results of this study ware shown as follows: 1. The performance of innovation climate of schools’ organizational in Far East University of Technology was in the high level as a whole and in every perspective; and "organizational support" was in the top level. 2. The performance of Students’ creativity on self-efficiency in University of Far East Technology was the high level as a whole. 3. The performance of Students’ innovative behavior in Far East University of Technology was in the high level as a whole and in every perspective; and "idea generation" was the top level. 4. The innovation climate of schools’ organizational had a significant positive influence on student’s creative self-efficacy in the Far East University of Technology. 5. The innovation climate of schools’ organizational had a significant positive influence on student’s innovative behavior in the Far East University of Technology. 6. Students’ creative self-efficacy had a significant positive influence on innovative behavior in the Far East University of Technology. 7. Students’ creative self-efficacy had a significant partially mediated between innovation climate of schools’ organizational and innovative behavior in the Far East University of Technology.
