本研究案例係針對台北科技大學行政圖書大樓空調系統進行DOE-2電腦動態模擬分析其耗能結構並與實際耗能做比對與驗證,探討舊有辦公建築物節能改善之效率。 經由電腦模擬預測提高空調室內溫度,每提高室內溫度1℃,全年空調耗電約可下降12.92%,全年總耗電約可下降6.34%。外氣引入量採用依照建築物內之人員密度控制時,全年空調耗電約可下降16.67%,全年總耗電約可下降8.18%。採用變水量系統,全年空調耗電約可下降15.80%,全年總耗電約可下降7.75%。採用變風量系統,全年空調耗電約可下降21.00%,全年總耗電約可下降10.30%。 綜合以上四種節能手法,全年空調耗電約可下降56.63%,全年總耗電約可下降27.73%。
This research is to monitor electricity and indoor environmental conditions of the office building incorporated with the library locating in the campus of the National Taipei University of Technology for a year, analyze electricity consumption by the computer dynamic simulation to find out the electricity using characteristic of the building and evaluate the energy-saving potential for the retrofit of the building by the energy efficiency measures. The simulation results through the DOE-2 computer program reveal several significant energy saving effects. First of all, the total electricity consumption of the building per year could drop about 6.34% by increasing 1 degree of Centigrade of the indoor-temperature set-point and that of air-conditioning is about 12.92%. Second, the total electricity consumption of the building per year could drop about8.18% by the adoption of OA demand control by the CO2 concentration of the indoor environment. Moreover, the total electricity consumption of the building per year could drop about 7.75% by the adoption of VWV systems substituted for the traditional CWV system. Finally, the total electricity consumption of the building per year could drop about 10.30% by the adoption of VAV systems substituted for the traditional CAV system. In conclusion, the total electricity consumption of the building per year would drop about 27.73% and that of air-conditioning is about 56.63% after the building is retrofitted by the above mentioned four energy efficiency measures.
