本研究旨在探討科技大學學生創造力人格特質、就業力自我效能、就業力之關係,期能提供科技大學學生提升個人競爭力以符合企業所需人才,並提供企業選才以及學術界培育企業所需人才之基準。 根據研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查方式,首先透過文獻探討建立研究架構並發展「創造力人格特質量表」、「就業力自我效能量表」及「就業力量表」作為研究調查之工具,針對國立臺北科技大學99學年度日間部四技部四年級學生進行問卷施測,以分層比例抽樣的方式,抽取620位學生,共計回收545份,經剔除15份無效問卷後,得有效問卷530份,有效回收率為85%。本研究以描述性統計、相關分析、簡單迴歸分析、階層迴歸分析及Sobel檢定進行資料統計及分析,並獲得以下結論: 一、 科技大學學生創造力人格特質對就業力自我效能有顯著正向影響。 二、 科技大學學生創造力人格特質對就業力有顯著正向影響。 三、 科技大學學生就業力自我效能對就業力有顯著正向影響。 四、 科技大學學生就業力自我效能對創造力人格特質與就業力之關係具有顯著中介效果。 並根據結論提出以下建議: 一、 提升科技大學學生就業力自我效能。 二、 激發科技大學學生創造力人格特質,以增進就業力。 三、 建立科技大學學生正向的就業力自我效能,有助於就業力的提升。
This study aims to explore the relationship between creativity personality and employability: the mediating effect of employability self-efficacy of students of Technology University. The results of this study provide as the reference for the young students in enhancing their competitiveness to meet the talent needs by enterprises, and also provide the basis of talent election by enterprises and academic training needed for the election talent. According to the research purposes, the Questionnaire Survey Method was conducted. First literature review was used to establish the framework of the research. Subsequently, Creativity Personality Scale, Employability Self-Efficacy Scale and Employability Scale were developed as the instruments. The participants for the questionnaire were the senior students of 99 academic-years at NTUT. Stratified proportion sampling method was used, 620 were taken and 545 were gathered. Deducting 15 invalid questionnaires, the amount of valid questionnaires were 530 which accounted for 85%. Descriptive statistics analysis, Pearson’s correlation, simple regression analysis, and level multiple regression analysis were employed. The results of this study are shown as follows: 1. The creativity personality of students of Technology’s University has a significant positive influence on employability self-efficacy. 2. The creativity personality of University of Technology’s students has a significant positive influence on employability. 3. The employability self-efficacy of University of Technology’s students has a significant positive influence on employability 4. The employability self-efficacy of University of Technology’s students has a significant partially mediated between creativity personality and employability. Based on the results, six suggestions are provided as follows: 1. Enhance technology university students in creativity personality. 2. Excitation technology university students in creative personality in order to enhance their employability. 3. Establish technology university students a positive self-efficacy of employment and help to enhance employability.
