綜觀現今營建產業慣例,建築物生產、製造之過程中,眾多資料皆無統一管理之方式,常致建築物完工後,相關資訊分散於各地,而近年生產履歷廣泛應用於各產業,其中不乏食品、畜牧等相關產品,鑑此本研究將參考生產履歷之制度,以建築物之施工階段為履歷蒐集資訊,並參考相關文獻、報告與實際訪談之結果,建立符合消費者需求之建築物生產履歷項目與內容,其內容包括建築物生命週期自規劃設計、施工、完工等階段之資訊,乃至於公共設施、請照申請、產權登記、安全檢查與設施維護管理等;其次研擬建築物生產履歷之情境模式,以建商為系統提供者,住戶為使用者,管委會為系統維護者,進行整體資訊應用規劃,以建立完整之建築物身分證機制。最後以互動式網頁開發平台與Microsoft Access 2003資料庫開發技術,建構建築物生產履歷資訊系統雛型,住戶與系統管理者可透過網際網路連結資訊平台,並依其所屬權限使用不同之功能服務。研究成果除可提供消費者透明化之建築物履歷資料,供房屋買賣、防救災與後續設施維護時等查詢之用;亦可區隔產品市場定位與提供未來智慧型住宅之應用及產業界導入建築物生產履歷之參考。

Finally, interactive web development platform and Microsoft Access 2003 database development technologies to construct the building production information system prototype curriculum vitae, household managers and systems can be linked via the Internet information system, and according to their competence to use a different function services. In addition to research results can provide consumers the information transparency of the history buildings for housing transactions, anti-disaster relief and follow-up inquiries, such as facilities maintenance purposes; also market segmentation and positioning for future application of intelligent residential and industrial sector to import resume production of the reference buildings.
