隨著環保意識高漲及國際環保公約/規範,企業與產品環保性訴求,已經是未來產品市場的行銷與推廣的要素之一。對產業而言,推動綠色包裝、包裝減量已是決定市場的重要因素。本研究目的主要是運用層級程序分析手法建構面板業者導入綠色包裝設計之評估準則。首先藉由文獻探討及專家訪談,找出合適構面及準則,再以層級程序分析法(AHP)來決定準則之相對權重並排序之。研究結果顯示,面板業在進行推導綠色包裝評估,主要構面重要性排序為成本考量(0.357),環境保護設計(0.322)、生命週期評估(0.201)、附加價值(0.120),在次準則前五項分別為原料成本(0.1132)、原料選擇與管理(0.1092)、結構設計(0.1072)、運輸成本(0.1067)、製造費用(0.0782)。整體而言,在評估綠色包裝設計時,最重視成本考量及環境保護設計。可於將來作為TFT-LCD業者導入時參考依據。
With the growing on environmental consciousness and international environmental conventions / standards, in industry, to promote green packaging and packaging reduction becomes an important issue in manufacturing. The purpose for this research is to adopt the Analytical Hierarchy Process to establish a model for evaluating green packaging design. Firstly, the dimensions and criteria are proposed by referring to the related literature and interviewing with the experts. Secondly, a hierarchy structure is built up to cover up these detail criteria and the relative weights are assigned to each dimension and criteria. Results show that the top five priority concerned are cost concerned (0.357), environmental protection design (0.322), package life cycle assessment (0.21), and the supplementary value (0.120). As a reference to TFT-LCD industry, we conclude that cost concerned and environmental protection design are two most important factors addressed in green package design assessment.
