平鎮鎮興里民宅火災重建模擬研究

摘要


從古至今,火在人類日常生活中扮演著不可或缺的角色,但也是造成人類最可怕的夢靨之一。在現今高科技時代的一般家庭的父母都忙碌於工作中,對小孩都缺乏於照顧與教導,因此常發生小孩因好奇心玩火釀成火災,加上目前的家庭都使用過多的易燃材質裝潢及過多雜物的堆放,使得火勢迅速蔓延,逃生困難,進而變成重大的財物損失及人員的傷亡。 本案例起火原因,為小孩因好奇心玩火而造成一人死亡的慘劇。選定美國國家標準局火災實驗室(National Institute of Standard and Technology,NIST)所發展之火災動力學模擬 (Fire Dynamics Simulator,FDS)軟體來進行研究。藉由FDS火災模擬軟體模擬並配合消防局火災調查科所提供的資料來研究火場中溫度場、濃度場之分佈與變化,針對不同參數改變來探討相關參數對火場與逃生時間的影響,將分析的結果提供防火工程上做為參考,進而達到降低人員及財務的損失。

From ancient times, fire has played a crucial role in human life, but it has been also one of the most terrible nightmares for human. In the current era of high technology, generally, parents are busy with household work, lack of child care and fire safety education often leads to cause fire accident due to curiosity of playing with fire. Besides this the indoor decoration using a lot of flammable materials and piling up of excessive debris, making the fire spread rapidly hindered residents to escape from fire scene, caused serious casualties and property losses. Curiosity is the main cause in this fire case, because of the children playing with fire which made one killed tragedy. This study uses (Fire Dynamics Simulator,FDS) simulation software developed by NIST (National Bureau of Standards fire laboratory) for fire simulation. then comparing with the information provided by the Fire Investigation Bureau to study the distribution and change of temperature and concentration fields in the fire, change for different parameters to explore the impact of parameters on the fire and the escape time. The simulation results will be a reference to fire safety engineering, and then to reduce personnel casualties and property losses。
