摘要 本研究以高階管理碩士在職專班EMBA為研究標的,進行學生能力調查,探討國內各大學EMBA學程的現況與趨勢,依學校特性調查企業經理人應具備能力內涵之重要性,並區分為一般能力、核心能力、專業能力等三大構面,22項能力內涵。藉由文獻探討及學校教育目標,歸納出研究構面,利用問卷調查統計分析,透由EMBA執行長認定培育EMBA學生能力之重要性,期望對高階管理碩士在職專班學生及教育者提供參考價值。 研究結果顯示,不同學校背景任教之執行長對「臺灣EMBA學生各項能力」內涵認同度,均無顯著差異。以學校區域而言,僅「宏觀國際視野」達顯著水準,該內涵為「北部大學」較「中、南部及東部大學」更有顯著差異,餘能力均未達顯著。以學校類型而言,「問題分析及解決問題的能力」、「職場倫理道德觀與操守」及「外語能力」等三項具顯著差異,該等內涵皆顯示「公立大學」較「私立大學」更有顯著差異,餘能力均未達顯著水準。以學校類別而言,「問題分析及解決問題的能力」及「跨文化溝通交流與整合的能力」等二項具顯著差異,該等內涵皆顯示「一般大學」較「技職大學」更有顯著差異,餘能力均未達顯著水準。所以,教育者因任職學校背景雖有不同,但對學生各項能力認同度並未有顯著差異存在。 EMBA執行長對「臺灣EMBA學生各項能力」均認為最重要內涵分別為「職場倫理道德觀與操守」、「問題分析及解決問題的能力」及「領導及團隊合作的精神」認同度最高,該等能力均非課本上所能習得的重要社會生活及職場必備就業能力。另對認同度分歧最大的能力內涵分別為「應用分析工具能力」及「外語能力」。
Abstract The goal of this study is concentrate on the Executive Master of Business Administration(EMBA) to survey the competency of the student, the trend and status of the EMBA curriculum for all domestic colleges and universities. In accordance with the characteristics of each college and university, the survey is to point out the importance of the cultivation of varies ability for the enterprise top manager. To show this result, the survey is categorized into three areas which included the General competency, Core competency, and Professional competency with twenty two questionnaire surveys of abilities. Because of the relevant Documents and education objectives of EMBA program,conclusion to vary aspects by utilizing the questionnaire survey analysis,to identify the importance of cultivation of EMBA student competency through the CEO of EMBA. The expectation is to provide a valuable reference to EMBA students and Educators. The conclusion of this survey indicated there was no significant different in recognition for the Competency of EMBA student in Taiwan from the Chief Executive Officer of EMBA in different Universities. In point of the school region, only the global sharp eyesight showed significant level. The Universities in northern region shows more significant than the Middle, Southern and eastern region; others are below significant level. In the point of school types, the competency for problem analyzing and resulting, the business morality and integrity and foreign language skill were showed significant level in public universities than private; others are below significant level. In point of the school classification, the competency for problem analyzing and resulting and the competency for cross cultures communication were showed significant level in Generally Universities then Technical Universities; others are below. Therefore, the CEO of EMBA from different Universities with the different background, the recognition for importance of each competency in the survey is fairly common. The CEO of EMBA highly believed that the most important cultivations of for the Competency of EMBA student in Taiwan are the business morality and integrity, the competency for problem analyzing and resulting and the sprit of leadership and team work. Those competencies were important in social study and necessity of job abilities which could not be learned in the school. In addition, there were significant different in recognition of competency are the ability of utilizing the analysis tooling and foreign language skill.
