本研究主要目的乃應用模糊層級程序分析法之評估模式,以篩選出海運承攬運送業者評選保險公司之評選準則。首先,經由文獻之探討,本文初步擬定三大構面與廿二項適用於海運承攬運送業者合作對象選擇之評估準則。其次,本研究配合兩階段問卷之調查,蒐集海運承攬業運送業者之意見,並應用重要性分析法,篩選出十一項評選準則。進而,以這些評估構面與評估準則構建一層級結構,透過專家問卷調查,並結合模糊集合理論與層級程序分析法,建構一適合於海運承攬運送業者評選合作對象模糊層級程序分析法之評估模式,俾使海運承攬運送業者能於模糊的評估環境中,找出重要的選擇因素,藉以發揮本身與保險公司合作之最大共同利益。
The purpose of this thesis is to apply the FAHP model to sieve out the selection criteria for ocean freight forwarder to choose an insurance company to cooperate with. At first, according to historical literatures and expert’s opinions, a hierarchical structure with three factors and twenty-two criteria were constructed. Secondly, we used the questionnaires to obtain freight forwarders’ suggestions and applied threshold and importance analysis to sieve out 11 selection criteria. At last, based on these factors and selection criteria, a hierarchical structure was constructed. In this article, we proposed the FAHP model for ocean freight forwarders to select partners of insurance companies through the survey of the experts’ questionnaires and the analysis of fuzzy sets theory and the analytic hierarchy process. From this model, ocean freight forwarder can find out the important factors in selecting an appropriate insurance company to cooperate with and maximize their benefit from the fuzzy decision-making environment.
