振動伸展與靜態伸展對延遲性肌肉酸痛的影響

摘要


研究背景:本研究的目的在探討運動前進行振動與靜態伸展對離心性運動後肌肉損傷程度之影響。本研究以24名男性大學生為受試者。方法:所有受試者在實驗前皆接受最大心跳率 (maximal heart rate, HRmax)、下肢肌圍 (thigh circumferences, CIR)、肌肉酸痛指數 (muscle soreness, MS) 測驗,並分析血液中乳酸脫氫?? (lacate dehydrogenase, LDH) 與肌酸肌?? (creatine kinase, CK) 的活性,隨後,24名受試者隨機分派至振動伸展組 (vibration training, n=8)、靜態伸展組 (static extension, n=8) 與控制組 (control, n=8)。實驗開始VT組進行振動伸展 (50Hz, 9min)、SE組進行靜態伸展 (9 min),而CON組不進行任何處理,受試者接受不同處理後,所有受試者立即進行85%最大心跳率之下坡跑步30分鐘,本研究於實驗之第2~4天皆進行測驗(測驗項目:CIR、MS、LDH、CK),本研究以混合設計二因子(伸展方式×時間)變異數分析 (ANOVA)  分析伸展方式與肌肉損傷程度指標之間是否有顯著差異。顯著水準α訂為.05。結果:本研究結果發現VT組與SE組在離心運動後之MS、LDH與CK和CON組達顯著差異 (p< .05) 。此外,VT組之MS、LDH與CK與SE組未達顯著差異 (p> .05)。結論:本研究發現離心運動前進行振動或靜態伸展皆可顯著降低離心運動後肌肉損傷程度。但振動與靜態伸展兩者並無顯著差異。

Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of vibratile and static stretching exercises on muscle damage following eccentric exercise. Methods: Twenty-four university male students voluntary to participate in this study. All subjects measure the maximal heart rate, lower body circumference and muscle soreness, and analysis the contraction of lacate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase in the blood, then, all subjects are assigned randomly into three groups: vibration training (VT, n=8), static extension (SE, n=8) and control (CON, n=8). Day 1 of this study VT performed vibratile extension (50Hz, 9 min) and SE performed static extension (9 min), then, all subjects perform eccentric exercise (85% maximal heart rate for 30 min). Day 2~4 of this study, all subjects should measureCIR, MS, LDH, and CK. In this study, statistical analysis involved two-way analysis of variance (group by time) with repeated measure. Statistical significance was set at α =.05. Results: There were significant difference in MS, LDH and CK between VT, SE and CON (p< .05). In addition, There was no significant difference in MS, LDH and CK between CON and SE (p> .05). Conclusion: This study indicated that vibratile and static stretching exercises could attenuate muscle damage following eccentric exercise.
