摘要

本研究乃屬於探索性研究，而研究的目的主要在於探討專案管理方法論在知識管理中所扮演的角色，以及專案管理在組織執行知識管理時的主要作用為何？在資料收集方面，本研究採用歸納分析法，主要是藉由文獻探討來獲取所需之資訊。本研究欲歸納推論企業若能徹底的執行專案管理，將能幫他們確保知識管理執行的成功。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the role of the project management methodologies in knowledge management, and the effects of project management while an organization implementing knowledge management. This study applies inductive analysis, which gathers data by reviewing literatures or written documents. In this study, we want to conclude and infer that enterprises execute project management thoroughly will help them assure success in implementing knowledge management.
