現今整合供應鏈管理之環境下，因資訊科技的發達，導致產品的生產前置時間大大縮短。然而要達到高品質、高顧客滿意度與快速反應顧客需求，則必須透過上下游廠商間的相互合作，準確地掌握存貨以及資訊傳遞，以藉此降低彼此各項作業成本支出，尋求整體之最佳化，達到雙贏的局面。為了使供應鏈生產流程更為順暢，製造商採用混合式生產策略(Hybrid Production System)，快速反應顧客之需求。

本研究主要課題為探討製造商生產策略為混合式生產系統的供應鏈流程。問題假設單一供應商、製造商與零售商，對混合式生產在供應鏈管理環境裡作有效的整合與設計。本研究建立數學模式與利用軟體程式作為求解之工具，試圖尋求出最適當之交貨點與交貨量，以達到整體總成本最小化。我們期盼能有效的縮短前置時間與提升顧客服務水準。

ABSTRACT
Due to the rapid growth of information technology in modern integrate supply chain management. The production lead time of products has decreased. In order to achieve customer satisfaction, high quality and quick response time, we must integrate the upstream and the downstream companies. Through proper inventory control, we can reduce the cost of operation. In order to coordinate the supply chain production process, a Hybrid Production System is used in the study.

Production strategies of manufacturer in Hybrid Production System can response to the customer demand rapidly. One supplier, one manufacturer and one retailer are assumed. We develop a mathematical model and write a program to derive the minimal cost system.
