低成本CNC工具機內藏式精度校驗系統

摘要


考慮節省設備成本與提升校驗效率下,本研究主要提出以整合光學尺解碼技術及控制器嵌入式程式的方式,研發低成本一維和二維的機上精度校驗方法與系統。本研究建立可與控制器雙向溝通的系統,可進行CNC工具機的單軸定位精度校驗和二軸同動精度校驗。此方法可取代現有的雷射精度校驗與Ball-bar循圓校驗方法,不但儀器成本較低,且因架設簡單具有便利性與時效性,本方法另一優點是可提供使用者作經常性的檢測,充分掌握機台的精度狀態並作校正與維護,使機台隨時保持在精確的狀態。

Considering saves the equipment cost and the promotion verification efficiency, this research proposed to integrate the optical scale decoding technology and the controller embedded program to develop the low-cost one/two dimensional machine precision verification method and systems. This research established two-way communication system with the controller that be able to carry on the single-axis CNC machine tool calibration and two-axis positioning accuracy with dynamic precision calibration. This method may substitute the existing laser precision verification and Ball-bar circular verification, not only decreasing the instrument costs, but also easy to setup that makes verification comes with convenience and effectiveness. It has another advantage that can provide user to make the regular examination, fully grasp precision condition of the machine for adjustment and maintenance,keeps the machine in the precise condition.
