閱讀是日常生活中主要的視覺作業行為之一,要達到良好的閱讀環境,維持照明品質是非常重要的一個因素。因此,為釐清各種照明因子對閱讀時主觀評價的影響,進而提出適合閱讀行為的照明環境,本研究乃針對不同色溫度與照度所組合的九種照明環境下進行書本與電腦兩種閱讀行為時各時間點的主觀評價進行基礎性的探討。 研究結果指出(一)無論書本與電腦的閱讀行為中照度因子的影響力最大。(二)經過兩種閱讀行為的綜合比較可知,九種照明不同照明環境對兩種閱讀行為的溫暖感、趣味性以及親和感等屬於情緒感知方面的影響相似,因此改變照明的色溫度同時對書本以與電腦閱讀有提升氣氛的效果。(三)由綜合分析的結果可知,電腦閱讀行為的照度需求較書本閱讀時低,500lx搭配4700K與6700K即有良好的評價。(四)在兩種不同閱讀行為中,提高照度與色溫度對閱讀時的明視性與工作效能上可有效提升,且閱讀的疲勞感也較低。(五)雖然照度750lx在閱讀行為上的許多正面效果最佳,但就照明節能角度而言,可將照度降低為500lx作為閱讀空間使用。(六)2800K有提升閱讀空間中許多心理效果的潛力,但必須提高照度才可維持較佳的閱讀狀態。
Reading is one of the major visual activities in daily life, and quality lighting is essential to a comfortable reading environment. The research is to study the subjective evaluation while reading paper and reading on computer screen under 9 combinations of color temperature and illuminance level, the effect of these various factors in lighting, and as a result, lead to the creation of better reading environment. The results are as follows: (1) The effect of illuminance level is the most significant in both reading paper and reading on computer screen. (2) In comparing all factors and their influence onto the two reading activities in this research, a conclusion is made that all 9 different lit environments have similar effect on emotional perception such as thermal sensation, sense of interest and closeness regarding to said activities, hence changing the color temperature of lighting can improve the atmosphere of both reading paper and reading on computer screen. (3) Analysis of all variances in experiment leads to following conclusion: comparing to reading paper, reading on computer screen requires lower illuminance level, while that of 500lx in combination with color temperature of 4700K and 6700K shall receive good evaluation. (4) Within the two reading activities presented in this research, raising the illuminance level and color temperature contribute to better visibility and work efficiency, and lower the sense of tiredness. (5) In the cause of energy conservation, a lower illuminance level of 500lx is more advisable for the lighting of reading spaces, even though that of 750lx is best received. (6) The color temperature of 2800K proves to be beneficial to various psychological effects, but only in accordance with higher illuminance level for readers to stay well-conditioned while reading.
