探索教育活動引導者技能與特質之研究 論文摘要
首先採用問卷調查法，研究目的在探討探索教育活動引導者各項技能與特質的重要程度；其次，調查各不同背景變項，如性別、年齡、工作年資和職業類別對引導者技能與特質的需求有無差異；第三是進行深度訪談，目的在探究資深探索教育活動引導者自認最需具備的技能與特質，並與活動參與者之調查結果做一比較。
本研究之問卷調查乃針對探索教育活動參與者，以立意取樣方式，計抽取七個梯次，共242位學員為有效樣本，使用研究者自編之「探索教育活動的引導者技能與特質調查問卷」為研究工具，進行實徵研究；另以質性研究方法針對七位資深探索教育引導者，進行深度訪談，並加以整理分析訪談內容。
本研究之主要發現臚列如下：
一、活動參與者認為探索教育活動引導者最需具備的技能與特質，依重要程度排序為
（一）引導技能方面
1.活動的安全、救援與技能性的能力。
2.培養團隊成員合作與信任的能力。
3.示範動作與活動帶領技巧俐落純熟。
4.具備創新、溝通與問題解決的能力。
5.精通探索教育活動的理論及精髓。
（二）引導者特質方面
1.能傾聽、具同理心，遵守選擇性挑戰精神。
2.輕鬆、幽默、有耐心，具敏銳的察覺力。
3.誠實守信、仁慈友善，充滿自信與勇氣。
4.喜愛大自然，有健康的身體和自我概念。
5.具領袖魅力、敬業樂業，外表英俊美麗。
二、資深探索教育活動引導者自認最需具備的技能與特質
（一）引導技能方面
1.活動的技術性能力。
2.安全與救援的技能。
3.精通探索教育活動的理論與精髓。
4.引導討論技術的熟練。
5.了解情境領導的角色和技能。
6.設計課程、組織課程的能力。
（二）引導者特質方面
1.願意與人溝通、接觸，樂於傾聽學員意見。
2.對學員的感受有敏銳的察覺力。
3.知道何時當個隱形人，淡化自身的色彩。
4.關懷體諒別人，具同理心與服務熱誠。
5.真誠有親和力，對人熱情可散發能量（Radiant）。
6.放空自己，重視個人的修練，有正確的人生觀。

The Study on the Skills and Traits of Facilitator in Adventure Education Activities

Abstract
The purpose of the study is first to investigate the importance degree of facilitators’ skills and traits with questionnaire survey method. Next, the study examined different demands for background variables of sexual distinction, ages, working seniority and profession classifications. Then conducting in-depth interviewing to learn mostly needed skills and traits of facilitators’ conscious.
The study employed purposive sampling questionnaires to aim at adventure activity participants with 242 effective samples adopted. The survey instrument was developed in the research. In addition, the study applied quantitative research by in-depth interviewing with 7 experienced adventure education facilitators and make the interviews concluded.
The main results of study were summarized as followed:
1.Activity participants (learners) considered mostly needed skills and traits with importance sequences ranked.
(1)In facilitators’ skills aspect
a.The ability of activity safety assurance, rescue and techniques.
b.The ability of developing mutual cooperation and trust in groups.
c.The ability of demonstrating and leading skilled techniques.
d.The ability of creation, communication and problem-solving.
e.Mastering of the pith and marrow of adventure education theory.
(2)In facilitators’ traits aspect
a.Be capable of listening, be with sympathy and following challenge by choice spirits.
b.Be relax, humorous, patient and quick about perception.
c.Be honest and trustworthy, kind and friendly, confident and courageous.
d.Be fond of nature, be healthy and conscious of self-concept.
e.Be glamorous to group, work hard and be of good-looking.
2.The senior facilitators’ (instructors’) most needed skills and traits of self-conscious.
(1)Facilitators’ skills
a.Abilities of techniques at activities
b.Skills of secure and rescue
c.Mastering of the pith and marrow of adventure education theory.
d.Proficiency in leading debriefing skills.
e.Understanding the roles and skills of conditional leading.
f.Abilities of designing programs and organizing courses.
(2)Facilitators’ traits
a.Be willing to communicate, touch with and listen to participants.
b.Be quick about perception with participants’ feelings.
c.Knowing when to be out of the scene, lightening the significance of himself.
d.Showing loving care and consideration for others, be with sympathy and service sincere.
e.Be genuine, kind and enthusiastic, and distribute radiant enthusiasm.
f.Empty himself, think highly of self-training, has correct outlook on life.
