為因應產業的急遽變化,企業或組織成員必須在短暫的時間內快速學習及吸收。在許多研究當中發現:以學習型組織最能將企業願景結合各部門及個人的目標。但組織學習活動,除了有明確的策略方向外,必須要結合相關活動來引發成員的學習動機。近年來,企業發現探索教育的課程及活動,能激發個人的學習動機,達到其學習成效。故本研究欲針對探索教育關鍵因素與影響學習型組織成效之關鍵因素之關聯性進行探討,其研究目的如下: 一、探討探索教育之關鍵因素與影響學習型組織成效關鍵因素之關聯性。 二、探討不同人口統計變項對學習型組織成效之關鍵因素之差異。 本研究以中部及北部地區之中小企業,參與過探索教育及學習型組織之員工作為問卷對象,共發放問卷250份,回收問卷219份,有效問卷回收率80%。 並採用SPSS統計軟體作為分析之工具。 本研究實證結論如下: 一、探索教育關鍵因素與影響學習型組織成效之關鍵因素有顯著相關。 二、人口統計變項對學習型組織成效之關鍵因素有部份呈現顯著差異。
In response to the rapid changes in industry, business or organization members in a short period of time must be quick to learn and absorb. In many studies, which found that:Learning organization is the most effective integration of the company''s vision and departmental goals and individual goals.In recent years, many companies believe that adventure education programs and activities be able to stimulate personal motivation to reach learning goals. This study is to explore the relationship between key-factors of adventure education and key-factors of learning organization performance,research purposes are as follows: 1. Explore the relationship between key-factors of adventure education and key-factors of learning organization performance. 2. Explore different demographic variables for the learning organization of the key factors impact the difference . In this study, staff of small and medium enterprises of the central and northern regions of Taiwan as a sample of the questionnaire. A total of 250 questionnaires, 219 questionnaires, the effective response rate of 80%.The SPSS statistical software for analysis tools has been utilized to conduct this research. Researchs are as follows: 1. The relationship between key-factors of adventure education and key-factors of learning organization performance had significant correlation. 2. Different demographic variables for the learning organization of the key factors impact the effectiveness had parts of show significant differences.
