中文摘要 本研究旨在探討高中、職學生在依附關係、自我尊重與身心健康三者之間的關係,以台北縣市公私立高中六所、高職九所的一年級至三年級學生為研究對象,共計1,228名。本研究採問卷調查法進行資料收集,所使用的研究工具包括「父母與同儕依附量表」、「自我尊重量表」與「一般健康量表」。調查所得資料分別以t檢定、典型相關分析、多元迴歸分析及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理。本研究主要發現如下: 1. 不同性別青少年在「母親依附」、「父母贊同」、「社會及自我接受」、「社會功能失調」及「憂鬱」上無顯著差異。但在「父親依附」、「同儕依附」、「自我肯定」、「權威的拒絕」、「身體反應」及「焦慮和失眠症」上,呈現顯著差異。 2. 青少年與父母、同儕間之依附關係與其自我尊重的程度有典型相關存在,抽出二個潛在的典型因素達統計上的顯著水準,典型相關係數為.701與.268。在影響青少年自我尊重的因素中,主要是由「父母依附」關係透過第一個典型因素來影響自我尊重中的「父母贊同」、「社會及自我接受」、「權威的拒絕」、「自我肯定」。 3. 青少年之依附關係與身心健康間有典型相關存在,分析結果獲得一個潛在的典型因素達統計上的顯著水準,典型相關係數為.296。在影響青少年身心健康的因素中,主要是由「父母依附」透過第一個典型因素來影響身心健康中的「憂鬱」、「焦慮和失眠症」、「身體反應」及「社會功能失調」。 4. 青少年自我尊重與身心健康間有典型相關存在,分析結果獲得二個潛在的典型因素達統計上的顯著水準,典型相關係數為.599與.149。在影響青少年身心健康的因素中,主要是由「自我肯定」及「權威的拒絕」透過第一個典型因素來影響身心健康中的「憂鬱」、「社會功能失調」、「焦慮和失眠症」。 5. 青少年之依附關係與自我尊重的程度能夠預測身心健康的整體情形,對於「身體反應」、「焦慮和失眠症」、「社會功能失調」與「憂鬱」各分量表,亦具有預測力。其中以「自我肯定」對各身心健康之指標最具預測力。 最後,研究者根據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議,以應用在諮商輔導與親職教育方面,並作為未來研究之參考。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among attachment, self-esteem, and health & mental health of the senior high schools students. A total of 1,228 teenage students from 15 senior high schools in Taipei County were asked to complete the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), Self-esteem Inventory (SEI), and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). The t-test, canonical correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data and the results was shown as below: 1. The study showed that there was no gender difference were found on child-mother attachment, parental approval, social and self-acceptance, social dysfunction, and depression. However, gender difference were found on child-father attachment, peer attachment. 2. Male students were found to have higher scours on self-rejection and rejection with authority than female students. Female students were found to have higher scours on somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia than male students. 3. The study showed that there have typical relationships between attachment and self-esteem, between attachment and health status, and between self-esteem and health status. 4. The study also showed that high school students’ somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction, and severe depression can be predicted from their self rejection, parental approval, social and self-acceptance, rejection with authority, parental attachment and peer attachment. Implications of the finding and future research suggestion were also discussed in the study.
