在本篇論文中,以銘傳大學應用統計資訊學系的「期末教學意見改進滿意度」及「課程之難易度問卷調查」為例,利用資料庫的概念,結合SQL Server資料庫及Smart Query軟體,建立一套WEB查詢及報表產出的內部教學資訊Intranet查詢系統。使用者可在任何一個有網路的地方,依權限查詢相關教學資訊,並將查詢出的資料套印成報表或下載存檔後,使用統計分析軟體進行統計上的分析或檢定。 利用查詢出來的結果,進行敍述性統計、項目分析、卡方檢定、變異數分析、因素分析及邏輯斯迴歸,探討影響教學意見改進滿意度及課程的難易程度的因素。結果發現教師年資在5年以下及16年以上的滿意度明顯低於其他年資;研究所的滿意度明顯較大學部高;大四及研二生在「期中考後,每週是否增加研讀時間」正面回應的比例是最低的。而必修課程可依其難易程度分為「專業課程」、「數學課程」、「資訊課程」、「基礎課程」、「商學課程」五大構面。其中數理統計是學生認為難度最高的科目,而企業管理則是學生認為最簡單的科目。此外,畢業等級為「優秀」的學生認為數學課程與專業課程的難度是較低的。 希望可以提供給有統計課程的大學院校的課程委員做為未來課程安排與調整時的參考外,也可作為教授相關科目老師授課時的參考,以提升教學品質與效果。
This study is to establish a Teaching Information Query System on Intranet, based on the satisfaction of teaching improvement and course difficulty on Department of Applied Statistics and Information Science, Ming Chuan University. We developed our database by SQL Server; used the software, Smart Query, to create the searching interface and report the output format on WEB. Depending on the user, we saved the result as excel file, then used statistical software to perform statistical analyses needed. Item analysis, chi-square test, ANOVA, factor analysis and logistic regression are applied to study the factors which influence satisfaction of teaching improvement and course difficulty. From the results, it shows that the satisfaction for teacher’s teaching experience less than 5 years and more than 16 years are lower than others. Furthermore, the satisfaction of graduate is higher than those of undergraduate. “After midterm examination, have you increase studying hours each week?” is answered by the senior at undergraduate and the sophomore at graduate school, and the ratio of optimistic responsibility is the lowest. According to difficulty level degree, requirement courses can be divided into “professional statistical course”, “mathematics course”, “information course”, “basic course” and “business course”. Among all the subjects, students think “Mathematics statistics” is the most difficult, and “Business management” is the simplest. In addition, the students who consider themselves outstanding in grades feel the difficulty level of the “mathematics course” and “professional course” are lower. The findings of this study can be used to facilitate further development of the faculty's intranet search engine, also can help instructors of school in course arrangement and further consulting programs in teaching to achieve the ultimate goal of resource sharing.
