本研究旨在瞭解國小特殊教育教師資訊素養與教學效能的關係,主要探討不同背景變項之國小特殊教育教師在資訊素養與教學效能上的差異。 本研究對象以雲林縣國小特殊教育教師為主,抽樣140位國小特殊教育教師,調查結果以描述性統計、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後多重比較法、皮爾遜積差相關,進行統計分析,獲得下列結論: 1. 國民小學特殊教育教師資訊素養與教學整體表現良好。 2. 國民小學特殊教育教師資訊素養因教師背景變項不同而有顯著差異。 3. 國民小學特殊教育教師教學效能因教師背景變項不同而有顯著差異。 4. 國民小學特殊教育教師資訊素養及教學效能各向度具有正相關。 關鍵詞:特殊教育教師、資訊素養、教學效能
This research explored the relationship of information literacy and teaching effectiveness, and analyzed the differences of information literacy and teaching effectiveness among elementary school special teachers by different background factors. The samples of this study are 140 special education teachers in Yun-Lin County. The data were analyzed by methods including descriptive statistics, standard deviations, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, pearson's product-moment correlation. The results are as follows: 1. The survey showed that the level of the special teachers’ teaching-information literacy and teaching effectiveness is good. 2. The level of special teachers for their teaching-information literacy had significant differences by teachers' age, seniority, special education background, teaching -classification. 3. The level of special teachers for their teaching effectiveness had significant differences by teachers' seniority, special education background, teaching-classification, administrative job, the educational background. 4. There was a significantly positive correlation between the special teachers’ teaching-information literacy and teaching effectiveness.
