The research aim is to design and play the rice scoop made spoon puppet to present an eco organic campus tour. In this study, the "Cultural Preservation and Utilization of Rural Communities in Huwei Township, Yunlin County" plan is implemented as a multimedia presentation of recovery eco organic campus at Kuang-Fuh Elementary School which is located in a reclaimed land country community. The researcher designed a cooperation action method into a curriculum that promotes the organic farming concept through puppetry. The textbook design allows school children to show how the eco organic campus works through puppetry and trains them to present comfortably in front of the guests and the community. The concept advocates the use of eco organic farming method over the usual chemical usage in the farming community. Through school arts and humanities education courses, the students are able to produce different puppet characters and develop a picture book and a show. 1.
