老人對於美好生活經驗的詮釋--以居家服務使用者為例

摘要

本研究透過與研究參與者的對談了解使用居家服務的老人生活現況、期待，並從中詮釋老人對於美好生活的看法。本研究採立意取樣，透過居家服務提供單位推薦受訪對象，選取65歲以上老人進行訪談。本研究共訪問八位受訪者、平均年齡80.7歲，皆為使用居家服務的老人。
研究結果以時間為軸心，以美好生活的意念來發展故事線，分為三部分，「回到過去」，從老人早年生活描述及重要經驗，分析老人生命故事、生活風格到正向老化過程；「活在當下」，理析老人從認知「老化」的到來、接受居家服務、接受老化後生活的適應與轉變，包含老年的生活適應、自我概念與生活模式選擇、掌握的生活與自我效能等；「我的未來？不是夢！」，分析老人對於未來與生活的期待，老人從「決心」順利老化與生活滿足開始，追求更高層次美好生活的體現，面臨生命結束的態度，並以優勢的過往為力量，呈現老人對未來的積極作法及美好生活圖像。
最後，針對研究過程與結果提出討論與反思，並提出居家服務政策思考、落實居家服務積極效用、與老人一起工作等建議，提醒實務工作從優勢觀點讓老人以自己意願的方式，過著保有個人風格的生活。透過老人美好生活的圖像，彰顯出老人在有限的晚年歲月中，積極的生命態度及發揮的生命價值。

Abstract
The researcher get understanding for the living status and expectations for the elderly who are the user of the home care service through the interview and to interpret the views of a good life for the elderly. The study were used purposive sampling, the respondents which are recommended by the home service provider There are eight respondents were interviewed, the average age of 80.7 years old, all of they are using home care services.
The story line of the research results based the timeline to develop good life concepts. These are divided into three parts; the fist part is the "Back to the Past" which is to analysis the life story, life style and within the description of early life and significant life experience; the second part is the " Living in the moment" which is to analysis the reorganization of the old people to the transformation and adaption for the aging process; the third part is the " My future is not a dream？!" which is to analysis their expectations for the future life. The elderly could pursue a good life from their past strength capacity and experiences.
Finally, the researcher proposed three major suggestions. The first is there should be different service model existing in home care policy. The second is the home service provider should concern the real needs of the elderly. The third is practical worker should work together with the elderly from the strength-based viewpoints. Then the elderly could have more aggressive attitude and positive value to face life in their limited times.
