教師關懷的實踐─在師生書寫對話中的愛與光亮

摘要


在師生互動中,研究者以文字傳達教師關懷。本研究即透過師生間多種不同的書寫對話方式及頻繁的對話往來,試圖提出一種理解或解決教育實務場域現象及問題的方法。本研究為一般質性研究,研究場景為研究者所在學校之教學及輔導工作,並以自我敘事作為資料描述的方法,呈現一位國中國文老師運用師生間的書寫對話進行教師關懷的實踐歷程。其中,師生間的書寫對話歷程為研究文本,在文本的分析中,分享研究者從教學到輔導實務工作的心情、想法及體悟,並在不斷剖析與反思中,探究師生間的書寫對話帶給學生的改變及對研究者教學生涯的意義。研究結論如下: 一、書寫對話提供師生在教學與班級經營中一種雙向互動的思考與釐清或在諮商晤談中,一個探究個案內在想法的思考面向。 二、書寫對話協助學生從自我療癒提升到人文關懷的境界,並幫助其自我概念之擴展。 三、以書寫對話展現教師關懷以與教師權威角色互補,可以化解師生間的芥蒂。 四、書寫對話中學生願意袒露的程度反映了師生間不同程度的信任關係 五、在書寫對話中看到教師的責任與教師專業角色的發展,包括:教師的角色定位在教育性、支持性、預防性而非治療性以及教師關懷與教師權威角色的合作無間,始能真正幫助到學生。 六、在書寫對話中發現:自我認同、生涯發展、親子關係及同儕互動議題是青少年階段最關注的人生課題,其中,自我認同是其他三項議題的核心,且互為影響。 最後,依據研究結論,針對教育工作者及進行師生間書寫對話者提出研究建議及研究者省思。

In teacher-student interaction, the researcher showed her caring towards students through words. This study attempted to bring up a solution to deal with problems at school through frequent teacher-student writing interaction. This study is a Qualitative Research. As a Chinese teacher and a counsellor in school, the researcher described the data by narration to show the process of how a Chinese teacher used teacher-student writing interaction to put her caring toward students into practice. The record of the teacher-student writing interaction is the text of this study, and by analyzing the text,the researcher shared her feelings,ideas about teaching and student counselling, and explored how teacher-student writing interaction changed the student and how that influenced her as a teacher. The conclusions of this study are as following: 1. Teacher-student writing interaction provides a two - way interaction in teaching and class management, and gives counselors a way to explore the inner thinking of students. 2. Teacher-student writing interaction changed students can be not only a way of self- healing but aslo a way of humane caring for students, and can help students develop self concept. 3. The teacher-student writing interaction can put the ideal of conveying teacher’s caring towards students into practice and can eliminate the grudges between teacher and students. 4. The degree of how much the students are willing to talk about himself/herself in teacher-student writing interaction reflects how much he/she trusts in the teacher. 5. The duties of teachers and the developing of teacher’s role can be seen in teacher-student writing interaction.The role of teachers is educational, supportive and preventive, not healing and only when teachers convey his/her caring towards students can students really be helped. 6. Findings:self -identity, career development, parent - child relationship,and peer interactions are what teenagers really care about. Among them, self – identity is the most important. Suggestions for future research were provided to conclude this study.
