齒輪三次元量測儀探頭校正與量測方法研究

摘要


本論文主要目的為利用三次元量測儀實驗用機台量測齒輪。首先使用三次多項式擬合方法補正英國Renishaw公司所研製的掃描式探頭SP25M,將探頭位移時所發出的非正交原始訊號轉換為正交座標系統。轉換後根據國際標準組織ISO10360-2其中的最大允許探測誤差規範,驗證此探頭校正結果的正確性。掃描式齒輪量測路徑規劃則參考Klingelnberg 公司之P40齒輪量測中心的量測路徑,以理論漸開線為基礎,推導齒輪量測點位置的數學模式,再根據此路徑為基礎進行齒輪量測偏擺校正,最後參考德國DIN3962齒輪標準規範來定義齒輪各項誤差和評估精度等級。將量測結果產出的報表與P40量測結果作分析與比對。

In this study, the method to measure gear on the coordinate measuring machine and calibrate scanning probe has been established. The non-orthogonal output signal of scanning probe is converted to Cartesian coordinate by cubic polynomial fitting method, and the accuracy of converted Cartesian coordinates was verified according to ISO10360-2 standard. The gear tooth profile measurement is developed according to AGMA2015-1, and the definition of the gear error will be reference to DIN 3962 standard. According to the result of measurement experiments, the validation of developed gear measurement software is verified by comparing to the P40 measurement.
