本研究目的在探討高中職學生遭受霸凌之個人特質與其相關因素之研究,研究對象以嘉義市高中職學生為主。研究工具採用問卷調查法,回收有效問卷為630份,有效回收率達91.7%。本研究主要發現如下: 一、嘉義市高中職學生遭受霸凌情形,以「言語霸凌」最嚴重,其他依序為「性霸凌」、「肢體霸凌」、「關係霸凌」、「網路霸凌」。 二、不同「性別」之嘉義市高中職學生在遭受「言語霸凌」、「性霸凌」、「關係霸凌」情形上有顯著差異;不同「學業成績」之嘉義市高中職學生在遭受「性霸凌」、「關係霸凌」情形有顯著差異;不同「父母親婚姻狀況」之嘉義市高中職學生在遭受「言語霸凌」、「肢體霸凌」、「關係霸凌」有顯著差異。 三、高中職學生遭受「言語霸凌」、「肢體霸凌」兩類型與個人特質之「負面言行及被害無助」呈現正相關;高中職學生遭受「關係霸凌」與個人特質之「負向特質與疏離人際互動」、「負向言行及被害無助」呈現正相關。 四、在個人特質之間以「友善特質與正向人際互動」與「負面特質與疏離人際互動」呈現負相關且達顯著性,「機敏靈活與身心健康」與「友善特質與正向人際互動」呈現正相關且達顯著性;在遭受霸凌各類型之間相關分析,各面向之間皆呈現正相關且皆達顯著性。 最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供學校、家庭、社會、以及未來研究之參考。
Abstract The main purpose of this study was to examine bullying study of personal characteristics associated factors of senior high school students suffer, the object of study by the Chiayi City senior high school students. Studies the tool to use the questionnaire survey procedure, the recycling effective questionnaire is 630, the effective returns-ratio reaches 91.7%.This research main discovery is as follows: . 1.Chiayi City senior high school students suffered bullying case with "verbal bullying," the most serious, the other in sequence as "sexual bullying", "physical bullying," "relationship bullying," "cyberbullying." 2. Chiayi City senior high school students of different "gender" have suffered significant differences in the "verbal bullying," "sexual bullying", "relations bullying" situations; Chiayi City senior high school students of different "academic" suffering "sexual bullying", "relations bullying" case have significant differences; Chiayi City senior high school students of different "parental marital status" suffered no significant differences on all types of bullying. 3. The senior high school students suffer "verbal bullying," "physical bullying" and personal qualities of the two types of "negative words and deeds and helpless victim" showed a positive correlation; senior high school students suffer, " relationship bullying "and the negative personal traits the characteristics and interpersonal alienation, "" negative deeds and helpless victim "positively correlated. 4.Between personal traits to "friendly qualities and positive human interaction" and "negative traits and interpersonal alienation" and of significant negative correlation between, "smart flexible and Mental Health" and "a friendly and positive interpersonal qualities "and of significant positive correlation between; between bullying suffer from various types of correlation analysis, and both are showing a positive correlation between the face of significant resistance. Finally, Using the results of the study , some suggestions were made for schools, families and society, , and for further studies.
