生態旅遊為近年來國際旅遊之趨勢,為順應此世界潮流,台灣之生態旅遊也如火如荼的展開,但台灣仍處於摸索的階段,著重於生態旅遊之原理原則,眾多學者各有所主張,至於該如何執行生態旅遊,仍無較明確之答案。本研究藉由問卷與正規化概念分析法(FCA)獲得國內9個推動生態旅遊較為知名之協會的實務經驗分析國內生態旅遊之推動。研究發現學者主張之生態旅遊架構在業者也普遍認為是重要的,但並非所有項目業者都會執行,主要執行項目為社區共識凝聚、解說服務、遊客行為準則、以當地居民為解說員及藉由行銷活動推廣生態旅遊等;而相關性較高的項目則為自然與人文資源調查、培訓解說員、滿意度調查、遊程修正、承載量評估和業者行為準則。獲得此結果後再以社頂部落生態旅遊為案例,以文獻回顧與深度訪談,瞭解其生態旅遊發展過程與實際做法,以與本研究發展之生態旅遊架構進行分析探討。
In recent years, ecotourism becomes a new trend of international tourism. In Taiwan lots of ecotourism are exploring to follow this trend. This study aims to consider both academy and practice for ecotourism by literature review and analysis of practical experiences. Data are collected and analyzed by the formal concept analysis (FCA) from nine well known communities preparing for ecotourism. Results show not every work items of ecotourism will be conducted in practice. The main work items of them are: cohesive consensus, service of tour guide, tour rules, local vocation, and marketing. The minor items are resource investigation, tour guide training, tourist satisfaction, tour justification, capacity estimation and rules for tour operators. Further more, this research then conducts a survey of ecotourism in the shirding community.
