視聽歌唱場所火災模擬分析

摘要


本研究利用火災模擬軟體FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator)分析視廳歌唱場所火災,探討針對不同的材質隔間起火後所衍生之火場溫度、煙流情形、能見度及火場毒氣對人員避難逃生之危害,並分析火警探測器及撒水頭等消防設備之情境模擬,藉由分析的結果以提供消防主管機關做為未來修法或訂定相關政策參考。 由模擬結果可知視廳歌唱場發生火災時,不論隔間材質,除起火包廂外,人員避難逃生時所經之走道及前、後出入口會較其他包廂提早受到火災生成物之危害。當包廂內使用不同材質隔間時,耐燃材質隔間較易燃材質隔間可避難逃生時間較長。而包廂內火警探測器及撒水頭在火警發生初期若能正常啟動,人員不僅可提早實施避難逃生,亦可立即有效抑制火焰的成長,在逃生避難過程中,可降低受火災生成物之危害機率。最後,由分析可得知,當避難通道已達高溫且濃煙密佈時,在耐燃隔間材質的包廂內,只要不讓濃煙繼續侵入,可選擇等待消防單位的救援,不可冒然逃出火場,以避免釀成不可挽回的悲劇。

This study used the fire simulation software FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) to model fire occurrence in seeing and hearing place The purpose was to examine the harm of personnel escape by temperature, smoke stream, visibility, and toxic gas in seeing and hearing place with different compartmented material. In addition the scenarios of the existence of fire warming detector and water sprinkler were analyzed. The results can provide as reference for amend regulation in fire authorities. The results showed that when fire occurred in a seeing and hearing place whenever compartment material the walkways, and front and back access will injure by fire product earlier than other theater boxes except the theater box on fire. When the theater box was used different compartment material, the incombustible material had longer time for personnel to escape than flammable material. When the fire detector and sprinkler can start normally in the fire initial period the personnel not only can escape earlier but also the sprinkler water can effectively suppress the flame growth. These conditions can reduce the harm of probability caused by the fire product. Finally, when the walkway had high temperature and covered with thick smoke stream the personnel in theater box need wait fire prevention unit's rescue rather than to escape from the theater box as long as did not let the thick smoke continue to invade into box.
