本研究旨在藉由改善壓接鉗手工具設計,依手工具設計及人因工程原則,讓使用者不必屈就現有的手工具,並忍受手工具對手部的傷害,在長期不當的使用下,對使用者上肢造成累積性工作傷害,因此提升壓接鉗手工具在進行壓接端子作業的績效及品質,就顯得非常重要。市面上常見之壓接鉗其握距高達為24公分,本研究希望藉由增加壓接鉗手把的面積,開發新型改善之壓接鉗。本研究採用「兩因子完全隨機化集區設計」之實驗設計方式,藉由在兩種工作面下(桌面及牆面),探討壓接鉗設計(3個水準-1種現行樣式,2種改善設計)在兩種常見線材直徑(細2.0 mm 及粗5.5 mm)的使用績效及品質,結果發現對粗線的不良數有明顯的影響,建議在桌面上進行粗線壓接時,應使用5.5公分寬輔助握把的壓接鉗;若是在牆面進行壓接作業時,則使用3公分寬輔助握把之壓接鉗。
The study aims at improving the design of terminals crimping tools, based on hand tool design and ergonomics principle, to save users from accumulated working injury for their upper limbs due to long-term improper use of the current hand tools. Hence, it is very important to advance the efficiency and quality of the terminals crimping tools. The handgrip span of the tool is 24cm. The improved design will increase the area of lower handle if the handgrip span cannot be reduced. Hence, the study adopts two factors completely block design to investigate the design of terminals crimping tools (3 levels, one present design and 2 improved designs) and two common wire diameters (2.0mm and 5.5mm) on terminals crimping efficiency and quality. Through this experiment I discover an obvious influence on the thickness of the wire. Thus, it is recommended to use the thickness of 5.5 cm handgrip of terminals crimping tool when working on the table and one should use the thickness of 3 cm handgrip of terminals crimping tool when working on the wall.
