本研究目的旨在探討休閒與遊憩相關系所學生就業職能之自我檢核,及企業雇主對員工需具備之就業職能,利用問卷調查及深入訪談分析,提出職涯輔導策略,以提升學生之就業力。於2012年11月至12月進行問卷調查,學生就業職能調查,其有效問卷為498份;企業雇主對員工需具備職能調查,其有效問卷共207份;教育部UCAN職場共通職能調查,其有效問卷為608份。研究結果顯示,學生就業職能調查認為「合作力」能力最高與企業雇主對員工需具備職能調查最重視「人際關係」能力結果有所差異。企業雇主期望員工擁有「人際關係」、「問題解決能力」、「學習力」、「合作力」、「自我管理」、「溝通能力」前6項的職能與學生自我職能檢核較低的「國際觀」、「創新能力」、「問題解決能力」、「溝通能力」、「倫理道德與法律認知」、「應用資訊與科技能力」6項職能比較結果,建議職涯輔導以「問題解決能力」與「溝通能力」等二項職能列為優先改進方針。大學部學生與究研究所碩士班學生在就業職能調查與UCAN調查結果,除了「國際觀」之職能構面以外,其餘構面皆有顯著之差異,顯示碩士生其職能能力較優於大學生,代表碩士生職能能力較高。
The purpose of this study is to survey the status of the occupational competence for students of the Leisure and Recreation-related Departments, and propose strategies of career counseling for enhancing the competence of occupation. To review the literatures is the first step; second, to construct dimensions with literatures is to survey; and finally, to use the statistics of descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample t-test and one-way ANOVA analyze datas. This study is to investigate the survey for students of the Leisure and Recreation-related Departments. There are 498 valid questionnaires for the occupational competence for students; 207 valid questionnaires for empolyers’ checking the occupational competence of employees; and 608 valid questionnaires for common occupational competence of UCAN. There are four conclusions. As follow: 1. The study investigate the difference between the occupational competence of students and the empolyers’ need. The best average of students’ survey is 4.16 in cooperation. The best average of empolyers’ survey is 4.65 in interpersonal relationship. It shows that the occupational competence of students is different from the empolyers’ need. 2. The top five dimensions of students’ survey are cooperation, interpersonal relationship, ability of learning, ability of self-management and ability of applying information and technology. The top five dimensions of UCAN survey are the responsibility and principle with work, team-cooperation, interaction of interpersonal relationship, ability of applying information and technology, and ability of keeping learning. The result of survey is similar, but the ranking is deference. 3. The top six dimensions of empolyers’ survey are interpersonal relationship, ability of solving problems, ability of learning, cooperation, ability of self-management, and ability of communication. The low six dimensions of students’ survey are global view, ability of creating, ability of solving problems, ability of communication, recognition of ethics and lows, and ability of applying information and technology. The suggestion is to improve the counseling direction with ability of saving problems and communication in priority. 4. Besides global view, the abilities of graduate students are better than undergraduate students on all dimensions. It shows that the higher degree is getting, the higher occupational competence is owned.
