本研究目的在瞭解屏東縣國中學生自我效能、情緒智力、自主支持 與挫折容忍力之現況;比較不同變項屏東縣國中學生是否有差異;探討 三變項間的相關情形。本研究以九十九學年度屏東縣864 位國中生為研 究樣本,使用「自我效能量表」、「情緒智力量表」、「自主支持知覺量表」 與「挫折容忍力量表」為研究工具進行調查。研究結果顯示: 1. 國中生之自我效能屬中下程度。國中生之情緒智力屬中上程度。 國中生之自主支持屬中上程度。國中生之挫折容忍力屬中下程度 2. 不同性別與年級的國中生在自我效能、情緒智力、自主支持與挫 折容忍力部分達顯著差異。 3. 國中生自我效能、情緒智力、自主支持與挫折容忍力有顯著正相 關。 最後,依本研究發現與結論,對教育機關、學校與未來研究及實務工 作提出若干建議,以供參考。
The study was to understand the currency of self-efficacy, emomtional intelligence, autonomy support, and frustration tolerance of adolescents in junior high school in Pingtung County. Further, the following items were analyzed. First, the differences between different background factors of adolescents in junior high school were analyzed. Secondly, the prediction of adolescents’ self-efficacy, emomtional intelligence, and autonomy support on frustration tolerance was analyzed. 864 adolescent in Pingtung County junior high school were administered a questionnaire that included Self-efficacy Inventory, Emomtional intelligence Inventory, Autonomy support Inventory and Frustration tolerance Inventory. The result shows: 1. Adolescents in junior high school had middle lower degree in self-efficacy. Adolescents in junior high school had middle higher degree in emomtional intelligence. Adolescents in junior high school had middle higher degree in perceived autonomy support. Adolescents in junior high school had ii i middle lower degree in frustration tolerance. 2. The variations of different backgrounds have obvious influence on self-efficacy, emomtional intelligence, autonomy support, and frustration tolerance 3. Self-efficacy, emomtional intelligence, and autonomy support were positively related to frustration tolerance. According to the verified research comments, it may offer some suggestions to practical work and further research for education institute.
