捷運交通網路對高雄居民遊憩行為與滿意度之影響

摘 要 學號:M9664003 論文名稱:捷運交通網路對高雄居民遊憩行為與滿意度之影響 總頁數:89 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學休閒運動保健系 畢業時間及摘要別: 9 7 學年度第 2 學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:陳 俞 陪 指導教授:劉 照 金 論文摘要: 近年來國民旅遊需求增加,在2007年台灣地區旅遊狀況調查報告中,近九成旅客以自行規劃行程方式出遊,且過夜旅客比例降低,顯示交通運輸為觀光遊憩行為需求面與供給面之重要媒介,遊客藉由交通運輸系統到達觀光遊憩區,透過觀光遊憩設施之供給,以滿足遊憩需求。因此,本研究目的為探討高雄居民捷運交通依賴程度、遊憩需求、遊憩行為與遊憩滿意度之現況,並比較不同人口屬性居民、生活型態及捷運交通依賴程度對上述變項的差異,並進一步探討高雄居民捷運交通依賴程度、遊憩需求、遊憩行為與遊憩滿意度之關係。本研究方法以問卷調查法,參考相關文獻與研究發展「捷運遊客遊憩行為與滿意度量表」為工具,以高雄居民為研究對象,共發出500份問卷,回收有效問卷410份,所得資料經分析後,結果如下:(一)高雄居民捷運交通依賴程度、遊憩需求、遊憩行為平均介於不同意至普通之間,遊憩滿意度則平均介於普通至同意之間。(二)不同人口屬性與生活型態對捷運交通依賴程度與遊憩需求、遊憩行為均無顯著差異;(三)不同捷運交通依賴程度對遊憩需求、遊憩行為與遊憩滿意度之差異均達顯著水準;(四)捷運交通依賴程度與遊憩需求、遊憩行為以及遊憩滿意度均達顯著正相關,受訪者整體遊憩滿意可由遊憩範圍、遊憩需求及生活與休閒依賴等因素來解釋,解釋的總變異量為74.8%,其中以遊憩範圍為最大之解釋變項(71.6%)。綜合本研究結論為人口變項對捷運交通依賴程度、遊憩需求、遊憩行為與遊憩滿意度之影響並不顯著,唯捷運交通網路依賴程度對遊憩需求、遊憩行為與遊憩滿意度影響較為顯著,而高雄居民整體遊憩滿意度受其個人遊憩範圍、遊憩需求及生活與休閒依賴等因素影響。 關鍵詞:捷運、遊憩行為、遊憩需求、遊憩滿意度

In recent years, the national traveling demands are increased. In 2007, Taiwan area traveling condition report of investigation, nearly 90% passengers traveling by planned voluntarily, and the over night passengers proportion are reduced. It is demonstrated that the important medium is transportation for the tourism recreation behavior demand surface and the supplies surface. Therefore, this research purpose is to discuss the situation of Kaohsiung resident the MRT transportation level of dependency, recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction. Compare of Kaohsiung resident different population attribute and the life state to the above variable, and the different MRT transportation level of dependency of recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction. And further discusses relations of the Kaohsiung resident the MRT transportation level of dependency, the recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction. This research method take the questionnaire survey procedure, the reference related literature and the research development “the MRT tourist’s recreation behavior and satisfaction meter” as a tool. It take Kaohsiung residents as the object of study, altogether sends out 500 questionnaire, recycling effective questionnaire 410, obtained material after analysis the result is as follows: (1) The level of MRT transportation dependency to Kaohsiung resident, recreation need and recreation behavior are situated between equally do not agree to ordinary, the degree of recreation satisfaction equally is situated between ordinary to the agreement between.(2) the different population attribute and life state to the MRT transportation level of dependency to recreation need and recreation behavior are not remarkable difference, (3) the different MRT transportation level of dependency is difference to the recreation need , recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction reach the remarkable standard, (4) the MRT transportation level of dependency with recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction all reach the remarkable related. Participant overall recreation satisfaction may by factors of recreation scope, recreation need and life and leisure dependence, and so on to explain. That explained the total amount of variation is 74.8%, the recreation scope is the biggest explanation to be variable. Synthesizes this research conclusion for the population variable influence to the MRT transportation level of dependency, recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction are not remarkable, only the MRT transportation level of dependency to the recreation need, recreation behavior and satisfaction influences are more remarkable, but the overall recreation satisfaction may by factors of recreation scope, recreation need and life and leisure dependence, and so on to explain.
