休閒農場經營環境教育業務之意願與阻礙因素之探討

A Study on Willingness and Constraints for Operating Environmental Education Business of Recreation Farm

摘要


休閒農場無論從法規或是功能層面,均是實施環境教育的適當場所,故本研究目的係探討休閒農場經營環境教育業務之意願,並探討休閒農場經營環境教育業務之阻礙因素,最後研擬休閒農場突破阻礙因素之策略。   根據研究假設,依序進行意願與阻礙因素對休閒農場特性之差異性分析,意願與阻礙因素間之關聯分析,得出本研究結論如下: 一、休閒農場業者經營環境教育業務雖有意願,但卻無實質之行動。 二、休閒農場遭遇人力與資金不足,會降低經營環境教育業務之意願。 三、休閒農場業者突破經營環境教育業務阻礙因素之策略。   針對以上結論,提出以下建議: 一、輔導休閒農場通過環境教育設施場所之認證。 二、政府提供優惠之專案貸款協助業者推動環境教育業務。 三、休閒農場業者應經常參加研習活動或培訓。 四、休閒農場業者應重視人員專業培養。

No matter what laws or function, recreation farm is the conformest to operat environmental education business. Studying on willingness and constraints for operating environmental education business of recreation farm is the research purpose, finally draw up the strategic for acrossing constraints on recreation farm.   According to the research hypothesis, performed willingness and constraints for recreation farm characteristics difference analysis, correlation analysis between the willingness and constraints in sequence. The results of this study are: 1. Recreation farm mangeners for operating environmental education business despite willingness, but no real action. 2. Lack of manpower and capital in recreation farm will decrease the willingness of the recreation farm mangeners for operating environmental education business. 3. Recreation farm mangeners have the strategy to constraints of operating environmental education. According to the results of this study, the recommendations are: 1. Guidance recreation farms certified environmental education facility. 2. Government to provide preferential loans for the project to help the mangeners to promote operating environmental education. 3. Recreation farm mangeners should regularly participate in learning activities or training. 4. Recreation farm mangeners should pay attention to professional training for manpower.
