蛹蟲草或薑黃素之配方增補劑對於小鼠在力竭性運動表現與抗疲勞效果之研究

摘要


蛹蟲草(Cordyceps mlitaris)稱北蟲草,富蟲草素,有助於調補身體、穩定血糖、抗氧化等;薑黃素(Curcumin)則具有抗疲勞與抗發炎等作用;激烈運動過後會產生疲勞而導致運動表現下降,因此,本研究旨在試驗含有蛹蟲草或薑黃素之配方增補劑是否具有改善運動後導致的疲勞並提升運動表現之功效。將8周齡的ICR老鼠隨機分為正常組(Control)、游泳合併安慰劑組(Sw+PL)、游泳合併蛹蟲草組200mg/kg (Sw+CM)、游泳合併薑黃素組200mg/kg (Sw+CC)、游泳合併蛹蟲草100 mg/kg+薑黃素組 60 mg/kg (Sw+CM+CC)進行探討。實驗採用T檢定來分析小鼠運動至衰竭時間(Endurance time to failure)、血液中的血糖(Glucose)、乳酸(Lactate,LA)、肝醣(Glycogen),在肌肉損傷部分,則是以肌酸激酶 (Creatine kinase,CK)與血尿素氮(Blood urine nitrogen, BUN)活性為指標。本研究結果發現Sw+CM、Sw+CC及Sw+CM+CC組運動至力竭的時間與Control組達顯著水準(p<.05),並發現補充CM與CC在運動後20分後可以有效排除其乳酸 ,同時達到穩定血醣之功效,而在肝醣部分則發現到 Sw+CM、Sw+CC及Sw+CM+CC體內的肝醣含量皆比Control組高,達顯著水準(p<.05)。CK則是無顯著水準(p>.05),BUN活性則是顯著低於Sw+PL組,並達到顯著水準(p<.05)。本研究結論為經由兩周CM配合CC之增補組不但能穩定運動前後血糖濃度,還能降低運動後乳酸濃度、延長力竭性運動時間,在肝醣含量也與Control組達顯著(p<.05),同時有效控制體內BUN活性變化,達到提升運動表現及延緩疲勞之功效。 關鍵字:蛹蟲草、薑黃素、營養增補劑、抗疲勞、運動表現

Cordyceps mlitaris rich Cordyceps, bioactive compounds have mainly used to tone up the body, stabilize blood sugar, anti-oxidation; curcumin (Curcumin) with pharmacological properties of the material, its structure is more conducive to the antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and other effects; after intense exercise can cause fatigue and decreased exercise performance, and therefore, this study aimed to test the formulations containing curcumin Cordyceps supplements or whether the fatigue caused by the movement to improve and enhance the effectiveness of sports performance. 8 weeks of ICR mice for the study and were randomly divided into Control group, placebo group (Sw + PL), Cordyceps group (Sw + CM), curcumin (Sw + CC) , Cordyceps + curcumin group (Sw + CM + CC) were discussed. Which, Sw + CM, Sw + CC group to 200 mg / kg dose feeding, Sw + CM + CC group places 160 mg / kg dose feeding, Control is without any trial, and is divided into direct sacrifice and the sacrifice before the sport 10 after sacrifice minutes. Experiments using an independent T-test designed to analyze the mice movement to failure time, blood Glucose, lactate, glycogen, creatine kinase and BUN activity as an index. The results of this study found that Sw + CM, Sw + CC and Sw + CM + CC group exhaustive exercise time and Control group was significant (p <.05). And found that supplemental CM and CC after 20 minutes after exercise can effectively rule out the lactic acid, while the effect to stabilize blood glucose, and glycogen part found Sw + CM, Sw + CC and glycogen content Sw + CM + CC body are higher than Control group was significant (p <.05). muscle damage in CK is no significant level(p>.05). But in the immediate sacrifice group of mice was found to Sw + CM + CC group BUN activity was significantly lower than Sw + PL group, and reached a significant level (p <.05). The study concluded that the addition of CM or CC through two weeks of the recipes can stabilize blood sugar levels before and after exercise to reduce lactic acid concentration after exercise, prolonged exhaustive exercise time outside, Glycogen content in part also with Control group was significant (p <.05), and effective control of in vivo activity in mice BUN,While achieving enhance athletic performance and delay the effect of fatigue.
