建築資訊模型在室內設計設施管理資訊系統建構之研究

摘要


近年來資訊科技進步,室內設計產業蓬勃發展,利用電腦輔助設計軟體整合室內設計表現呈現三維擬真效果,已成為時代潮流趨勢。然而,這些電腦擬真效果圖僅能呈現設計階段的成果,對於後續室內設施的維護管理,並無法提供良好的維護管理機制。建築資訊模型(Building Information Modeling, BIM)是將建築生命週期各階段資訊進行整合建置,提供了整個建築生命週期專案資料表達的一致性;在BIM的觀念與技術應用下,設計專案不僅能夠呈現二維與三維設計圖說成果,也能夠將空間的設施一併建置,提供了整個專案開發人員於規劃設計、營造施工、以及後續維護管理上有效的資料溝通整合機制。 本研究應用BIM技術建置室內設計設施管理資訊系統,透過BIM技術的運用探討如何應用BIM技術減少各階段圖說資料表達的不一致性,產生無謂的資訊誤判與資源浪費情形,以提昇整個室內設計專案開發與後續設施管理維護的效能,本研究以Revit作為系統開發工具,透過具BIM功能的室內空間族群元件模組層級架構分析,以及使用者功能需求分析,擬定1)BIM族群元件開發;2)室內設計設施管理;3)使用者介面設計等功能模組,據以建構室內設計設施管理資訊系統。 本研究所開發之系統,透過系統功能測試,研究發現系統能夠針對整個專案生命週期提供一致性的資訊服務,使用者透過系統可查詢室內專案相關圖說資訊,並且也能夠協助業主與專案維護管理者擬定相關決策,例如建築設計與室內設計專案資訊查詢,以及設施生命週期的使用與維護更新,均可透過所開發的系統進行管理。

In recent years, information technology moves forwards with great step, interior design industry is in the booming, therefore, using computer aided design software to be integrated with interior design to display three-dimensional drawing effect has become the mainstream. However, these skeuomorphism effect drawings can only provide the results of design stage, they cannot provide good maintenance and management mechanism for the interior facility. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is to integrate and set up information in different stages of the life cycle of a building, it can provide consistence for the expression of project data within the life cycle of the entire building. Under the concept and technological application of BIM, the design project not only can display two-dimensional and three-dimensional design drawing result, but also can include the facilities in the space into it, in other words, it can provide an effective data communication and integration mechanism during the planning and design, construction and the subsequent maintenance and management phase for the development of the entire project. In this study, BIM technology is applied to set up a set of information system for interior design and facility management. This study investigates the application of BIM technology to reduce the maintenance cost and unnecessary information misjudgment and resource waste generated due to inconsistency in the expression of the drawing data in different stages, by doing so, the efficiency of the development of the entire interior design project and the subsequent facility management and maintenance can be enhanced. In this study, Revit is used as the system development tool, through the user’s functional requirement analysis, functional modules 1)BIM family group object development, 2)Interior facility management, 3) User’s interface design are prepared so as to construct interior design facility management information system. Through the system function test by this study, it was found that the system can, for the life cycle of the entire project, provide consistent information service. The user can, through the system, search related drawing information for the interior project, meanwhile, it can also assist the owner and project maintenance and management personnel in decision making. The management of the life cycle of the facility, can all be maintained through the developed system.
