物流已成為現代企業的核心競爭力,許多企業為了提升自身競爭力與降低成本,紛紛將企業物流部份的流程委外,在客戶水準要求愈來愈高的情況下,使得物流廠商競爭更加激烈,加上製造業陸續移往海外,造成業者無不卯足全力以爭取市場上的一席之地,因此如何透過優良的營運管理方式,有效利用資源提升業者的經營效率,在營運管理上無疑是一大挑戰。 本研究以從宅配業員工對自己在工作生活品質滿意度著手,以了解與其組織承諾之關係。本研究採用網路問卷調查方式,以SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析,採用之研究方法有信度分析、敘述性統計分析、獨立樣本T檢定、迴歸分析等,結果發現: 1、業務司機的性別對於工作生活品質有部分影響。 2、業務司機的工作生活品質部分影響組織承諾。 3、業務司機的年齡對於組織承諾是有相關的。 根據上述結果,來調整目前企業內部人事管理政策,並且藉此發展未來可行的人事管理策略。
Logistics has become a modern enterprise's core competitiveness. Many enterprises, in order to enhance their competitiveness and reduce costs, have been part of the process in enterprise logistics outsourcing strategy. With rising demand from consumers, enterprises may relocate to overseas in order to be competitive. Therefore, a well-organized and operational management through the effective utilize of resources has become an undoubtedly challenge to the industry. This study, aims to investigate delivery industry employees’ satisfaction on quality of work life and to understand their organizational commitment. A systematic sampling process and online questionnaire are applied. Results suggest that sales driver’s gender is significantly effect on the satisfaction of quality of work life; sales driver’s satisfaction on quality of work life is significantly effect on organizational commitment; sales driver’s age is correlated to organizational commitment. And, suggestions are made to practical operations and management.
