利用鼻部溫度評估營建勞工之工作狀態-以鷹架組裝為例

摘要


營建領域常用來評估生產力的方法包括,工地效率評估法、工地抽樣評估法、短時效率評估法等,各有其獨特之優勢存在。但是,它們也擁有一些共同的缺點存在,例如,每位觀察員在評核作業過程時,因為每個人的判斷不同,可能會導致結果有所不同。為了克服這個缺點,本研究探討使用紅外線攝影機拍攝受測者鼻頭溫部,觀察鷹架組裝人員作業嘗試判斷他們的作業屬性(直接性工作、輔助性工作、無效性工作)。本研究選定10位受測者,其年齡介於23到25歲之間,受測者在實驗室環境中進行組搭鷹架作業。實驗結果顯示,在工作中可以利用紅外線攝影機拍攝受測者鼻頭溫部可以有效的直接區分直接性工作、輔助性工作、無效性工作三種,但實驗結果也顯示受測者熟悉輔助性工作後,會使得鼻頭溫部變化縮小導致無法區別輔助性工作與無效性工作之差異。

The usual methods used for evaluating productivity in construction industry include Field Rating Method, Work Sampling Method and Five-Minute Rating Method etc. Each method has its unique advantage. However, some of common shortages are included in these methods. For example, during the process of evaluation, each observer may have different judgement and lead to different result. In order to overcome this shortage, this study explored how to use infrared cameras to detect the temperature on the subjects’ nose tips, observing the workers who were putting up a scaffold and attempted to determine their job attributes (effective work, essential contributory work or ineffective work). 10 people were selected as the subjects in this study. Their ages range from 23 to 25 years old. The subjects put up a scaffold in the lab environment. The result of the test showed that use of infrared cameras to detect the temperature on the subjects’ nose tips could effectively differentiate effective work, essential contributory work and ineffective work. However, the test results also indicated that after the subjects got familiar with the essential contributory work, the temperature change on the nose tip was minimized, which caused the phenomenon that essential contributory work and ineffective work couldn’t be distinguished.
