微型保險乃是以經濟弱勢族群為服務對象,當在面臨風險衝擊時,能夠提供基本保障之保險商品。我國於2009年7月正式開放保險公司經營微型保險業務,至2015年3月止,累計投保人數達14萬餘人,投保率僅有4.7%。原住民屬於微型保險九大承保對象之一,為探討原住民對微型保險之看法,是為本研究之主要動機及目的。 本研究以南投縣仁愛鄉原住民為研究對象,共發出300份調查問卷,回收問卷283份,有效問卷260份,有效率為91.87%。經由分析受訪者之人口統計變數、經濟狀況、家庭狀況等因素對微型保險認知及涉入程度的影響,得到研究結論如下:人口統計變數對於微型保險之認知程度有部分顯著差異、人口統計變數對於微型保險之涉入程度有部分顯著差異、人口統計變數對於微型保險定期壽險之購買意願有部分顯著差異,以及人口統計變數對於微型保險傷害保險之購買意願有部分顯著差異。 關鍵字:微型保險、原住民
Micro-insurance is a kind of insurance product which mainly serves for economic disadvantaged groups. It can provide insurant basic commodities when facing the accident. In July 2009, Taiwan formally allowed to run micro-insurance business. Until March 2015, a total number of 14 million people insured micro-insurance. The insured rate is only 4.7%. The taiwanese aborigines is one of the nine micro-insurance insurants. So, discussing how the aborigines view on micro-insurance is the main motive and purpose of this research. The aborigines living in Renai township, Nantou County is mainly the study in this research. We issued a total of 300 questionnaires and 260 of 283 recovered questionnaires were valid. The valid rate was 91.87%. Through the analysis of demographic variables of respondents, economic status, family status and other factors on micro-insurance awareness and the degree of involvement, the conclusions are as follows: demographic variables have some significant differences in the awareness level of micro-insurance, the demographic variables have some significant differences in the degree of involvement of micro-insurance, demographic variables have some significant differences in the purchase intention of buying long-term life insurance, and demographic variables have some significant differences in purchase intention of micro-insurance injured insurance.
