應用健康信念模式探討高科技業工作者運動行為之影響因素

摘要


本研究旨在探討高科技產業工作者在知覺疾病威脅、知覺運動利益、知覺運動障礙、行動線索、社會支持與自我效能等因素對運動行為意圖的影響情形,以及社會支持、自我效能在健康信念對運動行為意圖之調節情形。研究對象為高科技產業工作者,並以便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,問卷共回收490份,剔除無效問卷後得問卷458份,有效回收率達93.5%。所得資料經描述性統計與階層迴歸分析進行資料分析,結果如下:「知覺運動利益」、「行動線索」、「自我效能」及「社會支持」四個因素對「運動行為意圖」有顯著的正向預測力,其中以「知覺運動利益」的影響力最高;調節影響發現,「自我效能」在「知覺運動利益」對「運動行為意圖」之關係具有調節作用,整體預測力為42.5%。最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,以提供企業與政府相關單位作為全民運動健康促進策略之參考。

This study was aimed to explore the “perceived threat of disease”, “perceived benefits of exercise”, “perceived barriers of exercise”, “cues to action”, “social supports”, and “self-efficacy” of employees in high-tech industries. All these factors could have impacts on the intentions of exercise behaviors, and that could be moderated by social supports, self-efficacy in one’s healthy belief. Employees in high-tech industries are the main object in this research, and this research used convenient sampling survey method for further analysis. 490 surveys were returned, and 458 surveys were considered valid ones after excluding invalid questionnaires. The effective returning rate was 93.5%. By descriptive statistics and hierarchical regression analysis, the result of this research was found as followings: there were significant and positive predictions in four factors, which were “the perception of the benefits of exercise,” “the cues to action,” “self-efficacy,” and “social supports” for “the intentions of exercise behaviors.” Besides, “self-efficacy” had the significant moderation effect on the relation between “the perception of the benefits of exercise” and “the intentions of exercise behaviors.” The prediction ability for this relation is 42.5%. According to the results of this study, specific recommendations were proposed to provide relevant companies and government authorities as a promoting strategy for exercising and healthy of labor forces.
