長壽風險認知之研究

摘要

隨著現代醫療進步、醫療資源完善以及人們日益重視預防醫學的環境下，使得現代人們的平均壽命增長，加上人口死亡率不斷逐年下降，整個社會面臨嚴重的長壽風險。高齡化社會的台灣，不只要擔心少子化的問題，對於老年人的健康狀況、人際關係及社會參與、經濟安全、居住環境及老人住宅等問題都必須找到因應措施。如果不提早準備退休後的生活規劃，將會對台灣社會有很嚴重的衝擊。

本研究最主要就是建構一份嚴謹的封閉式問卷，利用問卷調查的方式，探討桃園、台中地區民眾對長壽風險的現況滿意及重視度的認知、長壽風險的重視度和現況滿意度是否有相關性，最後再提出對於長壽風險的因應措施。

本研究之實證結果顯示：
一、在個人不同背景變項下，對長壽風險重視度有顯著差異。
二、在個人不同背景變項下，對長壽風險現況滿意度有顯著差異。
三、長壽風險重視度對長壽風險現況滿意度有相關性。

With advances in medical science, comprehensiveness of health care resources, and a more and more emphasized preventive medicine environment, the average life expectancy of modern people is prolonged increasingly. Added with continued declining mortality, the whole society is facing a serious longevity risk.

For an aged society like Taiwan, declining birthrate is not the only problem to raise concerns, but the state of health, the interpersonal relationships and social participation, the economic security, and the living environment and housing for senior citizens are all issues in need of countermeasures.If people do not make plans for their retired life earlier, there will be a very serious impact on Taiwan society.

The main purpose of this research is to construct a rigorous closed questionnaire, targeted at residents in Taoyuan and Taichung, to investigate their satisfaction of the status quo of longevity risk, and their awareness of its importance, to further discuss if the two have any relevance, and then to conclude with suggestions for longevity risk countermeasures.

The empirical results of this research show：
1.Under individual background variables, there are significant differences in theirawareness of the importance of longevity risk.
2.Under individualbackground variables, there are significant differences in their satisfaction of the status quo of longevity risk.
3.There is a correlated between their awareness of the importance of longevity risk and their satisfaction of the status quo of longevity risk.
