探索教育活動參與認知與自我轉換型領導特質之關聯性研究

摘要


在現今知識經濟的時代裡,領導者應該具有良好且適當地領導技巧與風格,才能讓其所管理的組織具高效能與生產力,本研究為探討企業或組織成員參加探索教育活動對其轉換型領導之影響,希望找出探索教育活動與轉換型領導之間的關聯性,過去轉換型領導主要是評鑑他人的領導風格,而藉由參與探索教育活動,有助提升自我轉換型領導的特質,如激勵員工自我實現的需求,透過引導喚醒成員的自發意識與自信心,以便於企業在員工團隊溝通、團隊合作與分工、團隊問題解決與決策時之參考,團隊能心悅誠服的認同組織的目標,肯定組織與自己未來的發展,對此本研究以中小企業培訓主管及員工為研究對象,計選取174人為有效樣本,針對探索教育、轉換型領導主要關鍵設計問巻,透過量化統計分析與結論。 運用探索教育與對自我轉換型領導特質關鍵因素成效模型,驗證其關聯性研究,研究結果顯示:(1)探索教育與影響自我轉換型領導的特質成效有顯著相關。(2)人口統計變項對自我轉換型領導的特質成效有部份顯著差異,上開研究結果有助各企業管理者、人力資部門及後續研究者之參考。 關鍵字:探索教育(adventure education)、 轉換型領導(transformational leadership)

Abstract In the era of a knowledge-based economy, leaders should have good and appropriate leadership skills and style in order to create high performance and productivity for the managed organization. This study explores the influence of the participation of adventure education by enterprises or organizational members on their transformational leadership, in order to find the relationship between the adventure education activities and transformational leadership. In the past, the transformational leadership was used to evaluate the style of a person’s leadership. The participation of adventure education activities can help to enhance self-transformational leadership such as motivating employees’ self-actualization needs, raise employees’ spontaneous awareness and confidence for the business’s reference in employees’ team communication, teamwork, team problem-solving, team strategies, and the team agrees with the organization’s goal and recognize the future development of the team and employees. Therefore, this study treated the managers and employees of small and medium size enterprises in the training courses as the subjects, and collected 174 valid samples. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed by quantitative statistics. This study used the adventure education and self-transformational leadership as the key effect model to verify their relationship. The findings are as follows: 1) the adventure education and the effect of self-transformational leadership are significantly correlated; 2) the demographic variables have partial significant difference from the effect of self-transformational leadership. The above findings can be provided to business managers, human resources, and future researchers as a reference. Keywords: adventure education, transformational leadership
