中文摘要 本研究旨在探討護理科系學生主觀幸福感(Subjective Well-being)的現況及其相關影響因素。採橫斷式研究問卷調查法計進行資料收集。問卷內容包含個人基本資料及護理系學生主觀幸福感量表。以台中某科技大學100學年度護理系日間部在校學生共計749人為研究母群體。採分層集束抽樣方法取樣,共抽取6班,共發出317份問卷,回收有效問卷272份。所得資料以SPSS 19統計套裝軟體進行分析。結果如下:1、護理系學生主觀幸福感呈現中上程度;2、年齡、宗教信仰家庭結構及經濟因素的不同在主觀幸福感無顯著差異;3、與家人關係親密者、社會支持程度高者、休閒參與頻率高者,在主觀幸福感表現較佳;4、學制、居住狀況、學業成績不同者在幸福感的身心健康構面有顯著差異;5、有固定男(女)朋友者及學業成績不同者,在幸福感的自我肯定構面有顯著差異;6、影響護理系學生主觀幸福感的因素包括與家人關係、社會支持程度、休閒參與頻率和學業成績,解釋力達18.2%,依據研究結果提出若干建議。
Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing students’ present conditions of subjective well-being and its’ influential factors. The research used a cross-sectional survey. The questionnaire included personal data and a scale of subjective well-being. The data was generated from 272 questionnaires retrieved from a total of 317 copies investigated. The collected data analyzed by SPSS 19. Results were: 1. Nursing students’ subjective well-being was over the average of the well-being percentage. 2. There were no significant differences among nursing students’ age, believes, family structures and income levels on subject well-being. 3. There were better subject well-being in students who have close family relationship , high social support level, and more leisure activities. 4. Health are significant difference among different school systems, living condition and grades . 5. The self-affirmative have significant differences among different friends experiences and grades. 6. Factors of subject well-being are family relationship, social supports , leisure participation, and grades. That can explain 18.2% of the total variances in subject well-being. According to the results above, I make some suggestions.
