臺中市保母專業核心能力之調查研究

摘要


中文摘要 本研究旨在瞭解保母所知覺的專業核心能力之現況、比較不同背景變項之保母所知覺專業核心能力之差異情形,並探討兩者之間關係。本研究以臺中市保母為研究對象,採「保母專業核心能力調查問卷」之問卷調查法進行研究,共計抽取420位保母為樣本,合計回收356份有效調查資料,有效回收率為84.8%。進一步以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、LSD事後比較法、皮爾森相關係數等統計方法加以分析。本研究主要結論如下: 一、臺中市保母所知覺之專業核心能力整體表現呈中高程度,其中以專業態度最高,資訊管理最低。 二、臺中市保母所知覺之專業核心能力,以教育程度之背景變項有顯著差異。 三、臺中市保母所知覺之專業核心能力,以隸屬區域之環境背景變項有顯著差異。 四、臺中市保母專業核心能力之各層面成正相關。

Abstract The purposes of this study were to understand the professional core competencies of babysitters, to compare the differences among the background variables of professional core competencies, and to examine the relationships between both of professional core competencies. A total of 420 participants were selected from the babysitters in Taichung City and the self-made questionnaire on the professional core competencies of babysitters was sent to them. There were 356 respondents with return rate 84.8%. In the study, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, LSD post-hoc test ,Pearson’s product moment correlation were used to analyze the data. The major findings were listed as follows: 1. The perceived professional core competencies by babysitters in Taichung City reach the upper-intermediate level; professional manner ranks highest, and information management, lowest. 2. Significant differences are found in the perceived professional core competencies by babysitters in Taichung City due to their different variables by educational background. 3. Significant differences exist in the perceived professional core competencies by babysitters in Taichung City due to their different locations by environmental background. 4. There were positive correlation in the professional core competencies at all levels of babysitters in Taichung City.
