本研究旨在探討電腦多媒體輔助學習對保母人員技能檢定之成效。為達此目的,除發展「保母人員術科技能檢定電腦多媒體輔助學習光碟」外,並以參與2004年保母人員術科技能檢定的某技術學院二技幼保系學生為對象,採「等組前-後測設計」準實驗設計,以隨機方式分為實驗組與對照組,每組各10人。實驗組接受「電腦多媒體輔助學習法」,對照組則採「傳統技能學習法」。 以SPSS 10.0套裝軟體,依據研究目的採描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單一樣本t考驗、卡方檢定、單因子共變數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法。研究結論如下: 一、實驗組課後技能練習時數顯著多於對照組。 二、實驗組對多媒體輔助學習之滿意度頗高,並達顯著水準。 三、實驗組各區之技能操作時間顯著少於對照組。 四、實驗組與對照組在保母人員術科技能檢定之成績未達顯著差異;但實驗組成績優於對照組。 五、電腦多媒體輔助學習能加深學習者的印象,激發學習動機,增進技能操作的正確性,提升技能檢定的信心,並確實促進學習成效。
The purpose of this survey is to evaluate the effect of Multimedia Computer Assisted Learning (MCAL) for care giver skill testing. A DVD of MCAL has been designed and adopted as the study tool. Twenty students in the Department of Early Childhood Education (Two-Year Advanced College program) who intended to participate in National Skill Testing for the child care giver in 2004 were recruited. They were randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group, each of uhich included ten participators. A quasi-experiment research design was used for this study. The experimental group and the control group separately had ten subjects. The experimental group was given the program of MCAL, while the control group was given the program of the traditional skill learning. SPSS 10.0 for Windows was used to analyze these data which included descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, one sample t-test, ANCOVA (analysis of covariance), chi-square, and Pearson's correlation. The results are shown below: 1. The experimental group had a significant increase in post-program practice time than the control group. 2. In the experimental group, the scores of the content in the section of improving the accuracy about the skill after MCAL were significantly high. 3. The experimental group had a significant increase in their skill operative rate in National Skill Testing than the control group. 4. The experimental group had higher scores in national skill testing than the control group. However there are no significances. 5. The MCAL can arouse a motivation for learning, increase the learning or the accuracy of skill operations, and improve the effect of learning. Thus, the MCAL is a good tool not only in skill training but also in associated professionalism.
