本文探討已婚職業婦女工作壓力、角色衝突與健康狀態及其相關因素之研究。研究方法以量性、調查性研究設計,研究對象來自北區公營及私營企業等產業機構,共收有效問卷190位已婚職業婦女,填答包括基本屬性、工作壓力量表、角色衝突量表、健康狀態量表,推論性統計進行資料分析。結果為工作壓力與角色衝突呈正相關,工作壓力與健康狀態亦呈正相關,角色衝突與健康狀態亦呈正相關,教育程度、加班的頻繁程度影響工作壓力;加班的頻繁程度,影響已婚職業婦女之工作壓力、角色衝突及健康狀態。結論有四方面建議,企業機構之建議、家庭支持之建議、普世大眾之建議、未來研究之建議等,婦女勞動政策的落實乃是企業及國家所必須共同努力的目標。
This study is to explore the work stress, role conflicts, and health status of married working women and their related factors. It is a Quantitative and investigative research design. The research objects came from industrial institutions such as public and private enterprises in the North District. A total of 190 married professional women were surveyed with validated questionnaires. The answers included essential attributes, work stress scales, and role conflicts. Table, health status scale, inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Work stress was positively relevant to health status and role conflict. Role conflict connected to health status, education level, the rate of overtime affects work pressure. Rate of overtime affected married professional women, work stress, role conflicts, and health. We made four conclusive suggestions for the corporate organizations, family support, the general public. Future research, enterprises and government should work closely to implement the ultimate goal of women's labor policies.
