本研究目的在探討影響健康促進行為之重要自尊因素,以作為未來健康促進行為介入與評量的參考依據。就嘉義縣所有國中,以分區叢集隨機抽樣方式,選取25班,共730位學生為研究對象,以青少年自尊量表與青少年健康促進行為量表為研究工具,得有效資料676份。所蒐集的資料採用逐步迴歸分析,並以α=.05為顯著考驗水準。 由研究結果所得之重要結論如下: 一、影響國中生健康促進行為重要的自尊變項為掌控感、家庭控制感、學業能力感、內在評價、生理價值感與人際價值感等六項,總解釋力為57.7%。 二、控制感、能力感、價值感越高而且價值取向趨於內在評價者,越能致力於健康促進行為。 本文依據研究結果進行討論,並且對未來的研究與應用提出相關建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the key self-esteem factors affecting the health promotion behavior as reference to intervention and evaluation of health promotion behavior. This study used clustered random sampling to select 25 classes, a total of 730 students, from all junior high schools in Chiayi County, and used the ”Adolescent Self-Esteem Scale” and ”Adolescent Health Promotion Scale” as research tools. A total of 676 valid questionnaires were returned. The data were analyzed with stepwise multiple-regression and used α=.05 as the significant level. The results are as follows: 1. The key self-esteem factors affecting the health promotion behavior of junior high school students are mastery, family control, academic ability, internal evaluation, physiological worthiness, and interpersonal worthiness, the total explanatory power is 57.7%. 2. The people who have higher sense of control, competence, worthiness and internal evaluation reported more engaging in the health promotion behaviors. The results of the study were discussed, and the recommendations for future researches and applications were proposed.
