本研究目的:探討健身俱樂部健身參與者幸福感對自覺健康之預測力。方法:以統一健身俱樂部京站館會員進行立意抽樣調查,採用描述性統計、平均數分析、皮爾森相關分析及多元逐步迴歸分析。結果:一、健身參與者多為男性佔60.2%,20-39歲族群居多佔64.6%銀髮族佔11.1%,教育程度大專以上佔73.1%。婚姻狀況已婚49.5%、未婚47%。二、健身參與者在幸福感,「生活滿意度」之感受程度最高。三、健身參與者在自覺健康,「我不常感到疼痛」之感受程度最高。四、健身參與者「生活滿意度」與「自覺健康」之相關性最高。五、幸福感能有效預測自覺健康,總解釋量達53.4%,其中「生活滿意度」為主要影響因子佔40.6%。結論:健身俱樂部健身參與者獲得幸福感之感受程度越高,自覺健康之感受程度亦越高。建議業者促銷女性及銀髮族優惠方案,鼓勵全民養成健身運動習慣。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the predictive power for well-being to perceived health of fitness club's exercise participants. Method: The convenience sampling surveys were conducted among the participants of BEING sports fitness club, Q square store used descriptive statistics, mean analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise regression were used in the study. Results: (1) Male exercise participants were in the majority, accounting for 60.2%, 20-39 years old exercise participants were in the majority, accounting for 64.6%, while the senior citizens accounted for 11.1%. People whose education level were higher than junior college were in the majority, accounting for 73.1%. The marital status for the participants was 49.5% for married, and 47% for unmarried. (2) The "life satisfaction" ranked highest in terms of well-being of the participants. (3) "I don't usually feel pain" ranked highest in terms of "perceived health" for the participants. (4) There was the highest connection relation between "life satisfaction" and "perceived health" among the exercise participants. (5) The well-being can be 53.4% for the explained variance in perceived health of the fitness club's exercise participants, and 40.6% of "life satisfaction" can be considered as the major factors. Conclusion: The higher feeling of well-being fitness club's participants gained, the higher feeling of perceived health would be. It is recommended that businesses promote female and senior preferential schemes and encourage the whole population to develop fitness habits.
