摘要

本文回顧了社區參與、社區開發相關方面的文獻，以北京市鄉村民俗旅遊發展為案例，構建了以產業鏈本地化、經營者共生化與決策權民主化為支撐的鄉村旅遊的社區主導開發(CDD: Community Driven Development)模式。

After reviewing the related literatures of involving community in rural tourism development, this theses propose a model of community driven development for rural tourism based on a case study of folklore tourism in suburban Beijing. The community driven development model constitutes three elements: localization of supply chain, symbiosis of community and outsider operators, and democracy of decision-making.
