As the society changes and sedentary life prevails, schoolchildren are usually lack of exercise. This study aims at 24 schoolchildren, 18 boys and 6 girls, who volunteered to join in the experiment, in an elementary school table tennis club in Changhua County. These schoolchildren had table tennis class each time for 90 minutes per week, lasting for 12 weeks. They took tests in mobility, static balance, and agility before and after the classes. According to paired-sample t test, this result shows great improvement in these schoolchildren's balance and agility with the introduction of table tennis.
