本研究旨在瞭解台灣C銀行員工工作特性與工作滿意度的現況,以及探討工作特性與工作滿意度之關係。本研究採問卷調查法收集資料,研究母群體為台灣C銀行員工(n=317),問卷回收資料應用描述行統計、t 檢定、皮爾森相關分析、單因子變異數分析與事後多重比較以及逐步回歸分析等方式進行統計分析。研究結果如下列六點所示: 一、臺灣C銀行員工工作特性表現佳,以「技能多樣性」向度表現最佳。 二、臺灣C銀行員工工作滿意度現況表現中等,以「工作滿意」向度表現最佳。 三、在不同背景變項中,在「年齡」、「服務年資」、「教育程度」、「部門」對工作特性具有顯著差異。 四、在不同背景變項中,對工作滿意度均未達顯著差異 五、工作特性整體及各項度與工作滿意度整體及各項度均達顯著正相關。 六、工作特性可以有效預測工作滿意度,其中又以「工作負荷適當性」的預測變項最高,也代表工作負荷較適當的員工對公司的工作滿意度越高。 七、整體工作特性及六個向度中「工作負荷適當性」對「工作滿意」、「升遷滿意」、「薪資滿意」及「整體工作滿意度」中最具有預測力。
This study aims to examine the current state of job characteristics and job satisfaction of the employees at bank C in Taiwan. In addition, this study seeks to explore the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction. Survey questionnaires are adopted in this study. This study targets the employees (n= 317) of the bank C in Taiwan as research participants. Descriptive Statistics, t test, Pearson correlation coefficient, One-way ANOVA, Posteriori comparison, and Stepwise Regression are used to analyze the statistical data. The results are as follows: 1、In the dimension of the job characteristics of bank C in Taiwan, “Skill variety” demonstrates the best result. 2、In the dimension of the job satisfaction of bank C in Taiwan, “satisfy in job” shows the best result. 3、Among different background variables, “age”, “years of service”, “education”, and “department”, influence job characteristics significantly. 4、Among different background variables, not influence job satisfaction significantly. 5、Employee’s job characteristics and job satisfaction have showed a positive significant correlation. 6、The job characteristics effectively predict the job satisfaction, and the “appropriateness of workload” has the greatest influence. It means that the employee have appropriate workloads also have higher job satisfaction. 7、The job characteristics and the “appropriateness of workload” show higher projective power on “satisfy in job”, “satisfy in promotion”, “satisfy in salary”, and job satisfaction.
