本研究旨在探討國民小學校長更迭與教師工作滿意度之現況,以作為日後國民小學校長更迭時,建立較佳之工作滿意度。研究主要採用問卷調查法進行,編製「臺北縣國民小學校長更迭與教師工作滿意度問卷」。針對臺北縣國民小學91至93學年度校長更迭之教師知覺校長更迭與工作滿意度之現況進行問卷調查,共發出680份,回收518份,有效問卷502份,占73.82%。 本研究獲致以下結論: 一、國民小學校長更迭對教師工作滿意度只有些微正向之影響。 二、教師工作滿意度中「人際關係」層面之得分最高,其他依序為「行政領導」、「工作本身」及「工作報酬」。 三、學校所屬地區、學校規模、繼任校長來源,以及教師擔任職務不同時,教師在知覺校長更迭與教師工作滿意度的整體上有所差異。 四、教師在知覺校長更迭與教師工作滿意度時,不因繼任校長年資、教師性別、教師服務年資不同,而有所差異。 研究者根據上述結論,最後提出具體建議以供教育行政主管機關及未來研究參考。
The purpose of this study is to probe into the intent of principal succession and teacher’s job satisfaction in elementary school. This study included survey method with a questionnaire. According to literature review, the questionnaire “principal succession and teacher’s job satisfaction in elementary school” was then designed. The subject of investigation was the elementary school teachers whose principals got change between 91st to 93rd academic year. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and scheffé method. Researcher sent out 680 questionnaires in total. From those collected 518 questionnaires, 502 samples were valid with applicable rate of 73.82%. Base on the document analysis and the results of the questionnaire , this study reaches the following conclusions: 1. The effect of principal succession and teacher’s job satisfaction in elementary school in Taipei County is slight positive. 2. The highest score in the teacher’s job satisfaction is “interpersonal relationship”, the second score is “administration leadership”, the third score is “job itself”, and “job rewards”. 3. There were significant differences in the questionnaire “principal succession and teacher’s job satisfaction in elementary school” in terms of school location, school size, succession principal source, and incumbent duty. 4. There were no significant differences in the questionnaire “principal succession and teacher’s job satisfaction in elementary school” in terms of succession principal service years, teacher’s gender, and teacher’s service years. Finally, suggestions based on the literature review and research conclusions were presented for educational authorities, principals, teachers, and future researches.
