應用賽局理論於彈性製造系統派工之研究

摘要


為了使得彈性製造系統(Flexible Manufacturing System)有更好的效率,以及配合機台之間複雜的指派任務,製造系統中可利用增加搬運車的方式改善機台之間的搬運效率,而在製造系統中若有兩台或以上的自動導引搬運車(AGV),機台之間可能有會爭奪搬運資源的問題,多台AGV的調度問題可以表示為一個多任務、多台車的即時動態調度問題,在這種情況下,如何決定最適合的搬運策略,同時考量到不損失各加工站利益最大化之目標,又能達到整體系統之利益均衡,實為彈性製造系統中無可避免的挑戰。 本研究將搬運車之間的互動視為一賽局模型,工件模擬成理性的參賽者,將機台的調度及AGV的選擇為任務的策略,設計合適的決策標準,建立一套賽局派工法則,並與傳統的先到先服務(First Come First Serve, FCFS)、最短加工時間(Shortest Processing Time, SPT)、最早訂單交期(Earliest Due Date, EDD)…等派工法則進行工件帄均前置時間、產出量、機台利用率的比較。根據結果顯示,以賽局理論為基礎的派工法則應用於多搬運車(Mutil-AGV)的彈性製造系統中能有效的提升系統效能。

In order to get better efficiency for Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS), manufacturing systems can increase vehicles to improve transportation efficiency between the equipment. If there are two or more AGVs in the manufacturing system, the equipment may compete for the transport resources. Scheduling of multiple AGV transportation system can be expressed as a multi-task, multi-vehicle with real-time dynamic scheduling problem. It’s a inevitable challenge of flexible manufacturing system that how to determine the most appropriate transportation strategy, and taking the various processing stations without losing the goal of maximum benefit into consideration with maintaining the balance of interests in the overall system. In this study, the interaction between the AGV is considered as a game model, the workpieces are considered as rational players. Taking the decision-making by machine and AGV scheduling to design the appropriate decision criteria and establish the Game dispatching rules. It is compared with the manufacturing lead Time (MLT), throughput and machine utilization among Game dispatching rules, traditional First Come First Serve (FCFS), Shortest Processing Time (SPT), Earliest Due Date (EDD). The results show that the dispatching rule which using Game Therory in Muti-AGVs FMS can enhance the system’s efficiency.
